So I originally got Alex and Ani confused with Aden and Anais who make slightly overpriced swaddling blankets made popular by Prince George. I wasn’t sure why they were getting into the bracelet and charm game… As it turns out, two totally different things! So, obviously I am a bit behind on this trend, but Alex and Ani specialize in expandable bangles that you wear as either an individual piece or as part of a larger collection. I have seen women wearing dozens at a time, so again, I obviously missed a memo somewhere, and I went to the Main Street location to catch up. I was shopping for a gift and I visited the company website ahead of time to get an idea of what to look for. The store carried every piece I was deciding between, in both finishes. The charm bangles ranged in price from $ 28 — $ 100, with a large selection in the $ 28 range. The young woman behind the counter came to help me immediately, and added suggestions of her own based on words I came up with to describe my friend. Each bangle has a special meaning written on cards, which add to the uniqueness of the gift. Despite a decent pre-holiday crowd, we were in and out fairly quickly and very satisfied with my purchase. There was ample parking nearby and Starbucks next door, so check it out if you have holiday shopping to do in the Village!

Alex and Ani is a cute little shop on Main Street. I started my bracelet collection about four months ago and wanted to buy a couple of bracelets for myself and matching bracelets for my two sisters. The selection of bracelets at this location was great. They had every bracelet that I came to buy, in both colors. The employees were very friendly and professional. I was extremely indecisive on some purchases and the girl helping me didn’t show the slightest hint of impatience.
