Champagne Motor Car

I found my BMW 4 series at Champagne Motor Car in CT and I couldn’t be happier with their efficient process. I was looking for a BMW 4 series in Estoril Blue with the M Sport package, which was very hard to find. I was only able to locate 2 within 250 mi in a 2 month time-​span. This dealership had the exact car I was looking for so I made the trip one night during the week to look at it (150 mi). This dealership has several exotic cars on their lot (very tempting!!). George and Kevin did not mind staying open late for us which we REALLY appreciated. The car was exactly as described. We were aware of a few scratches on the bumper, which they were happy to fix for us, and the car looks absolutely flawless. George stayed in touch with me and sent me updates daily, which made the whole process easy and worry-​free. At one point, I told George I would stop bothering him with questions and he replied «Don’t worry, It’s my job!» Initially, I was hesitant to use a dealership so far away but I received better customer service with Champagne Motor Car (150 mi away) than dealerships I have used which were 10 minutes away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. My car was delivered to me in NJ a few days later, looking perfectly clean and shiny with a full tank of gas! :]
