I’m a recent vegetarian and still trying to find ways to eat away from home that don’t involve meat. A few days ago I stopped in this store to ask if they had vegetarian offerings. They did not, but tried very hard not to send me away disappointed. They cobbled together a BLT without the bacon, but with cheese and extra vegetables. It will never be haute cuisine, but they really tried to make me feel welcome!!!

I haven’t eaten at an Arby’s since I was like 5, but I was driving my grandfather home (like the amazing person I am) and he wanted to stop here. Well, Grandpappy had Parkinson’s Disease and moves super slow. I was prepared to curse anyone out who had something to say about him, but the cashier was nothing but patient and accommodating. She helped in any way she could, made suggestions, made conversation all with a genuine smile on her face! The food wasn’t amazing but the customer service was. I’m really impressed.
