While on your way home, we made a pit stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. We got the medium coffee and two donuts combo as usual. Before ordering my usual donut, I asked whether the Fall Harvest donut consisted of pumpkin frosted but was disappointed to hear it was just orange dyed vanilla frosting. The Glazed donut and Strawberry Frosted donut were delicious as usual.

One of my worst DD experiences. There was no line and no customer at the counter when I arrived. Simple order: iced coffee, coolata, and 2 donuts. The server was clearly annoyed at having to do her job. She was rude from the moment I approached. Having worked in customer service I have a clue or two about how to interact with customers ‘may I help you?’ Is a much better greeting than «what do you want?» Only ordered 2 donuts so it shouldn’t have been hard to remember glazed and chocolate but I had to tell her several tines what kind I wanted. The ice coffee tasted burnt — yummm :/

Part of a major truck stop so you better bet that they need to be responsive and have plenty of options to satisfy truckers and motel guests alike. And they do a good job.
It is quite busy, but they are very efficient in dealing with customers.
Coffee and all those wonderful donuts are great, up to standard.
