Will never go here again! The lady cut my long natural nails off!!! Horrible job at filing, the manicure was the worst I’ve ever had and the shellac started peeling the next day. Called about them redoing my shellac and they were just rude and did another horrible job! She used the drill on my natural nails even after I told her not to. Don’t waste your money there take the time to wait at one of the other salons.

The man doing my pedi was too concerned with watching other people instead of watching where he was filing. He also didn’t push back my cuticles and clipped the sides of each toenail off!!! That means I will get ingrown toenails! Do Not Go Here!!!
Haven’t gotten to nails yet. Might go elsewhere for those if he is doing them.

Went in to get a refill one day and I asked the nail tech not to use the dremel on my nails and he said that was not possible. I have gone to many nail salons and when I ask for something with in reason they comply, instead he let me walk out.

I have only been once, and only helped by Annie. So, this review is not inclusive of the entire salon, but Annie did an outstanding job!
I was in Conroe visiting family, and had a terrible (brand new) set of ‘solar nails’. I was having them taken off and redone. Was a little nervous trying a new place in a small area, but Annie got me in (on a busy Saturday), took that awful set off and put a new set of solar nails on. I wasn’t charged a ton, and she got me in and out (WITH the removal) in an hour and fifteen.
And the new set? They are LOVELY. I should have taken a picture — next time. I will definitely be back — thank you Annie!!!
