Nice selection, solid food, nice location, unpleasant ambiance, terrible service. We do go back occasionally and the food really is very good(Meatloaf is great, good steaks, nice portions. I hate mac & cheese, but their side is actually awesome.) but the service is abysmal and the interior is dim, dingy, and depressing. Prices are high for the package(food + service + ambiance) but occasionally worth it.

Walking into Lucy Lu’s is a lot like running into a rigged blackjack table after knocking out one too many gin and tonics: You’re going to lose a lot of money, you’re not going to have a good time, and your going to walk out of there wondering what the hell just happened. While bumming across the main drag of Williston, we stumbled across this exceedingly barren and empty wasteland of a steakhouse with the best of intentions. We were optimistic. What the hell, we said. Once, however my girlfriend was charged $ 14 dollars for two small chicken strips and, after eating said chicken strips, felt so sick that she needed to step out, we started to question the credibility of this newly born, mutant baby of a restaurant. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was served on a bun comparable to those one might find on the dusty bottom shelf of a dollar store. The buffalo chicken was dry, the fries like sandpaper, and the chicken strips – well, I think I’ve made my point with the chicken strips. I’m sure the food was fresh at some point. Long ago. But once the bill for the chicken strips, artichoke/spinich dip, the buffalo chicken sandwich, and our bud lights(the only beer on tap) reached seventy dollars, any previous sympathy that I might have had for Lucy Lu’s vanished almost as quickly as my appetite. I know what you’re thinking: It’s a steakhouse. However, I was apprehensive about trying the steaks after reading previous reviews and then seeing the astronomical prices they charged for even their most modest steaks. I could go on, but then I would be lending more time to an experience that I’ll most likely forget by the morning, provided the food in my gut settles by then. So peace out Lucy Lu’s. The wait staff was alright. I will say that.

Specials have been good. Chicken pot pie is really good. Appetizers were nice as well. Mac and cheese is a favorite. Really, the food is all-around very tasty. Colleagues have not enjoyed the steaks quite as much but I’ve always gone for the more homestyle stuff. Some dishes are definitely up there in price so be prepared for that(see photo of menu). Servers/bartenders have been incredibly hospitable and courteous every single visit. My only knock on the place is that every time I’ve been there(6 – 7 times) – during regular dinner service, huge groups or just two of us – the food can take a long time. It was noticeably better my most recent visit, however.

Horrible. I cannot believe that the Missouri Club became this. The food was absolutely awful along with the service. Save yourself the agony and dine elsewhere.

Our first time in this eve. Chow was VERY good. Had the cornbread app, which was extremely good. Perfect done and prep. I had a cup of salmon chowder. Very good. Friend had a steak. Was real good he said, but not best in town we have experienced. I had end cut of prime rib. That was great and perfect prep. Obviously rock salt prepared, with burned/crusty end, as it should be. We both had collard greens, which were very good. The french fries… the weak link. They were possibly frozen pack prior. Hard to tell. And I was expecting fresh cut with peeling still there. Thought I had read that in someone’s prev review. Anyhow… they were unremarkable by all standards, mine anyway. Not sure if I would return, except for the prime rib again.

Amazing food, great atmosphere! Downtown location is great and the place is massive. Will be the hottest place in town soon.
