This is the worst place to order anything!!! It’s simply one lady named Nancy that’s running the whole show! I ordered 13 backpacks and two duffle bags for my soccer team, when I asked for a tracking number it was only one week later that she replied back. Once she did she told me my two bags were not purchased! Talk about great customer service! So I tried asking about my tracking number for the 13 bags… still nothing three days later! You suck!!!
