We hired them to repair our appliance with a simple part replacement that I didn’t want to do. The repair person diagnoses something obviously unrelated but a major component of the machine is the problem. When I told the person that part was working fine, the person suddenly becomes aggressive and gave me a completely wrong information on how it works. An example of a similar situation might be: the light bulb of fridge is not turning on, but the compressor is the problem. At this point, the machine is completely taken apart. He won’t fix the problem without a larger amount of money than what the machine is worth. If he needs to put it together how it was, it would still cost us more money because of the overtime. Of course he charged full amount for the time he was demolishing the machine. Then he gives us a coupon for a discount to buy a new one at Sears.
