We’ve been recently planning our daughters 1st birthday coming up and really were struggling to find a good party store to hit for the necessities. We first started in Mayfield area and ended up in Willoughby to this Party City location. I’m pretty impressed with the selection and service here. From party favors to specialty balloon orders, they have really surpassed my expectations(were not very high to begin with). Seemed to have most items in stock, tons of party favors, stuffers, and kits. Although you won’t find anything that you would expect to find at a Hot Topic but works out well if going for the safe route. I also picked up some 40th b-day stuff for a recent friends birthday. One stop shop baby!(no beer)

Not as fun as the name implies. If you’ re thinking go go dancers and confetti in a strobe lit champagne room, you’d be close. They do sell confetti. It’s a crappy junkmail catalog brought to life. You can buy«Happy 30th, 40th, 50th», etc. paraphernalia, balloons, party hats, cups, tablecloths and banners for just about any holiday or occasion. All bargain basement cheap. We usually stop in around Halloween to browse horrible costumes, too rich for our blood lawn decorations(fog machines and full sized animated coffins), and buy a random party favor or two. Plastic cauldrons make swell flower pots. They have way more stuff than Narc’s, and it’s not all broken already. Like at Narc’s. I’m really surprised that this seemingly fly by night dollar store kind of place has anchored this shopping center for some fifteen years now. I guess a lot of people keep having communions, turning 16, graduating, getting engaged, having babies, divorcing, remarrying, celebrating every holiday where drinking is involved, retiring, then dying. Scratch that last one. they don’t sell decorations for that. It’s really the circle of life in there.
