They have a strict «NO RETURNS» policy that is NOT prominently displayed in the store. They do not advise you of that policy before completing the sale. I returned a watch UNWORN in original packaging and only received a store credit. This is an archaic, almost dishonest business practice. I won’t be going back!

Between myself and my husband, we easily have over 20 watches, so I am here all of the time. They always have the battery needed, regardless of whether it’s my cheapie watch, or my better pieces, they have a vast selection of watch straps, and miscellaneous watch parts to make most repairs, and they usually get you in and out within 20 minutes (so, stop at the food court or do a little window shopping while waiting). Always very courteous service and you get a frequent buyer card — 6 batteries and the 7th is on them.

Center Valley, PA
It is difficult to get a battery changed in Movado watches without sending the watch out. Most jewelers won’t touch them due to warranty issues. This place does it fast and properly. We dropped off four watches for service. They changed three batteries, pressurized two of the watches, and took links out of a band in the fourth watch in under a half hour. Friendly and fast service. Excellent.
