Buffalo Wild Wings

Sorry. I don’t get the hype. I’ve had better wings at a bowling alley. We’ve tried sitting down and eating there and take out and not impressed with the food at all and especially with the wings. They are always dry. Not moist in the least.

Arrived the other day to grab carryout and found that my food was sitting on a cart by the counter. Not in a warmer, not under a heat lamp, not even with the bag closed.
On a side note; if youre dining in and cant find your server, she’s likely at the front counter checking her cell.
I paid for my food and they checked the contents only to find that they grabbed a small fry instead of large. The girl apologized and went to fix it… with my wings sitting on the counter. Seriously, just chillin… getting cold. Returned 5 minutes later with new fries.
I went home and tried to eat my cold wings.
Another side note… dont get boneless. It took effort to get a metal fork through them. Theyre like dry, crunchy nuggets.

Lately, this place has become more and more like a Chuck E. Cheese than a place for adults to hang out and watch a game or play trivia. The ads you see on television for BWW showing guys watching the game are false advertising. If they really told the truth, they would show families with young children sitting in the bar area. That’s right, children in the bar area. I’ll give you that the children aren’t sitting at the bar per se, but the bar area should be reserved for those of us over 21 (at least at certain times of the day).

I’m giving 4 stars because the service was EXCELLENT! Everyone that is complaining, ask for MARK! He made our experience absolutely perfect. I can’t rate the wings because I never tried them, but my tacos were delicious, the cheese sticks were great, and the dessert nachos that he recommended were out of the world! He was on top of drink refills, checking back to make sure everything was ok, and even accommodating us for specific food types!

Every time I go into this location of this establishment I regret it. But my family likes it, and so I typically go with the flow. Last night was ridiculous. I asked if the grilled chicken sandwich could be made with no BBQ sauce, and was told that was no problem. So, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar jack cheese, lettuce and tomato — hold the red onion. The first time it came it was covered the BBQ sauce, the second time it came it was covered in shredded cheese, with bacon and there was extra red onion. No lettuce, no tomato — and where did the bacon come from?! We sat down close to 6:30 and ordered as soon as the waitress arrived at our table. She was sweet and got us our drinks right away. I saw her writing down the order, and so I know that part was right. It was clear to me that the kitchen was having issues, and by the time I got the 2^nd sandwich it was 8pm!!! I’m so over this place! Clearly, it is just a loud place to watch the game and get drunk — the food is just an afterthought.

Manager took care of us and gave us passes for our poor experience.

It kinda sux. the buff wings are really, to me you understand im my opinion only,
as I was saying, to ME, imo, the buff wings are the tell-​tale sign of if a wing place is gonna be good or not. their BUff wing sauce aint good. it just aint. it aint! Naw it aint!
one good thing is onion rings are good and hot. rest is weak. they replaced Hacker-​Pschorr with some AMERICQAN version of HP??? Huh that is impossible and indeed the flavor was not even close. was cheaper but who cares I want the real deal. HOW DARE YOU???
anyway service was kinda trying but couldn’t keep up with multiple tables. cardinal sin a place like this: drained my beer and waited and waited and waited when she finally came back around of COURSE I wanted another beer. Never ever ever ever make beer drinkers wait. thats where you make your big profit margin duhhhhh. EVER. then they buy less beer while they are there. that’s what happened to me. sigh. double sigh.
and the change was wrong to top it off LOL ah like I sez what the ‘H’ ya gonna do anyway eh?

I suppose going here when it’s semi busy is one thing, I understand that at times when a dinner rush happens or something of that nature, that having enough servers can sometimes be a challenge. But when you have on the floor in our area, at least 4 servers covering roughly 20 tables, and of those maybe 8 of them occupied with parties of 2 – 10, let’s be real here.
Okay so let’s just scratch that for now. Explain to me how upon being seated by the hostess, that it took us 10 minutes to even get noticed. After being noticed two servers «debated» in front of us if they wanted to take our table, then after deciding, our present server took an extra 15 minutes to come out with out beverages (wrong ones by the way) then dropped a wing on the ground, after nearly another 30 minutes of wait time. After that though, another 15 minutes for our check.
Also, being I’ve never personally been into BWW often — when one asks where a restroom is, I recommend you don’t say, «where the sign says ‘restrooms’». Such a shame that you did though, we wanted to give you a tip, we truly did as we often do so generously.
Here is your tip BWW of Willowbrook as a whole– fess up and understand customer device. We weren’t asking for a lot, we weren’t being rude or anything of the sort, all we wanted was decent service. The food was all right but the service was beyond terrible. Will not return.

These guys have excellent wings and an awesome new Pepsi screen to order drinks. I love the vanilla MT Dew with mango hot wings !

Just fine. Nothing awesome, just good.
Food came out hot, tasted good, server was very nice. Just make sure you verify your hot wing sauce– I accidentally ordered the hottest one! I mean I ate them all but my family (who I was supposed to share with) could hardly finish one each!
Just double check before you order. Also didn’t like the fish taco app (had way too much of the sauce and left it tasting like a soggy Dorito… /:)

Today I was here for dinner. Wonderful staff that worked there. Very nice and fast take-​out service. Yes, I did do take-​out.
I had the Parmesan wings here, which are my favorite wings. The wings were served well. It tasted warm. It tasted delicious, and had a good flavor. The only thing is:
WARNING: Parmesan Wings are super SPICY. Might want a bottle of water on your table with those wings.
Overall look is that it’s a great place for any chicken wings. This includes my favorite, the Parmesan wings. I will be coming back!

They may not have the best wings around, but the prices are reasonable, plenty of daily specials to be had, service has been above average, and just about every employee has been helpful and friendly. I’ve been to many a Buffalo Wild Wings, and this one for me ranks towards the top. Decent set up, plenty of bar area, TVs galore, and always a good libation selection. The menu seems to change pretty frequently, but the staples stay the same. Just about every sauce I’ve tried has been above reproach, and there is no reason not to keep coming back. Wings, beer, and just about every televised sports event available. Definitely our go to place in the Willowbrook area for all of the above.

I just don’t know what all the hype is. I’ve tried it multiple times to appease my friends and hubby… but I just can’t seem to like it. The service was horrible, had to keep asking for things over and over again. We also had to ask other severs because ours was never anywhere to be found. We drinks, 6 wings, and dessert (45 min wait). Server got my drink order wrong. Desserts were ok, but nothing that would persuade me to return. I will not be returning here or to any other bww… unless I’m forced by my acquaintances who have horrible taste in food.
