I don’t eat fast food but will eat here. Grilled or regular nuggets are the bomb! They have great salad and wraps and my hubby loves their spicy chicken (he will eat Wendy’s gasp) .
The 4 starts for their flavor lacking fries although waffle they lack flavor and crisp. They also have different Sauce options which is fun! A good cheap lunch and diet friendly for those ww sp trackers.

Chik fil A is my favorite fast food place! The customer service is awesome! Everyone is always very friendly. I love the spicy chicken deluxe meal and the fresh lemonade! In my experiences, sometimes the waffle fries are served cold.

Prompt service and very friendly staff. Especially Steven! He made the kids’ first time to eat here a great one. He gave them a complimentary ice cream cone for good behavior and eating their salad.

Closed on Sundays!!! Come on guys gonna have to take away a star– came last week around 10 figuring I could get my usual favorite breakfast sandwich and to my surprise they were closed and closed all day nonetheless– ugh Burger King it is down the street

I never ate there before until 2 weeks ago at this location. The entire experience was amazing. I can’t eat chicken sandwiches from anywhere else now.

This was my first time here and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Our cashier destiny was so friendly and recommended plenty of good items. She always had a smile on her face. We will be coming back here!

Well, I finally got to try the chicken sandwich here… It was pretty good for fast food. The chicken tenders were equally as good. I thought the interior of the restaurant was very nice and it was extremely clean. The employees were all very friendly and courteous. I would definitely take my family back here to eat if I was in the area. I’d like to try some of the other menu items, like the chicken salad sandwich. The restaurant was packed and the drive thru line was full. That is always a good sign.

These are the best, service is always top notch and its clean as a mofo, what else do you want? Chicken without any kind of political stance? Too late.

Best fast food chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Great service in the restaurant and very clean bathrooms and playplace. George (who is almost always working), is awesome and is always refilling our drinks and making sure we don’t need anything else. The drive thru can be slow during the lunch hour, which is why I give it 4 stars and not 5.

Best fast-​food chicken sandwich. It’s a simple thing but executed so well. The meat is super juicy and the breading has that chicken-​y crunchiness that you can only get with hand-​breading. This glorious piece of chicken is placed on a buttered and toasted bun, and the only other addition are some dill pickle slices to give it a bit of a kick. This is not a frozen chicken patty on a bun!
Unfortunately, this place has perhaps the worst fries of any fast food place. Waffle shape aside, these are a greasy, soggy mess. My advice? Skip the fries and get a chicken sandwich. Besides, fries are bad for you.

After having a great experience at Chick-​Fil-​A in St. Louis, I wanted to try something else, so I headed to my local site. The inside is actually very nice looking for a fast food place. Very clean and modern. The restaurant wasn’t packed by any means, but took twice as long as it did for me to get my food, as it did in St. Louis– 10 minutes! And the STL site was totally packed! I noticed they were bringing out cards to other patrons who were kept waiting, and I’m assuming they were gift cards or something? But nothing came my way… the grilled market salad was good though. So MAYBE I’ll give this place one more try. Wasn’t totally impressed otherwise.

Love this Chik-​Fil-​A! I was really excited when this restaurant opened up close to my home. I’ve only been a few times since it has opened, but every visit has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is consistently friendly and seem to be genuinely happy. The food is great, but that goes without saying.

I’m really ambivalent about Chick-​Fil-​A as a company. On one hand, I don’t like restaurants which are overtly political, especially in ways that I don’t endorse. I’ll try to keep my review focused on my meal-​related experience here, rather than whether I support their social views.
This is the nearest outlet of this famous fast food outlet to my home, so I felt I should check it out. Friendly and respectful service has always been a constant in my experiences at Chick-​Fil-​A. Everyone in the store was unfailingly polite to me, which is always appreciated – especially as compared to the indifference that one sometimes receive at competitors.
If the words spicy and chicken are on the menu, I will order it. When I’ve done so at this Chick-​Fil-​A and others, I’ve never been disappointed. The chicken is not mechanically processed like the nuggets or patties served at other joints, and is really tasty in comparison.
My meal was served in-​house, so I can’t speak to the efficiency of the drive-​thru here. Overall, I have to say that I was pleased with my experience at this franchise. I’m pretty sure I’ll make it back for the spicy chicken biscuits at breakfast.

I was there about a week ago and ordered my food through the drive thru. The girl Vicky (hope that’s the right spelling) was so sweet and helpful! She was very efficient but yet, very personable! The food was great as alway, s but the employees just add that extra kick to the whole experience! Every time I go there all of the employees are just awesome. I love this location!!!

Pulled up to the drive-​thru during a late lunch. It was around 1:30pm. Double drive thru-​lanes at this location and both were full of cars. I was about two cars back from ordering. Waited around 3 – 4 minutes with no movement at all so I left. They need a lesson from Portillo’s on running an efficient drive-​thru. I’ve had chick-​fil-​a before and not really a big fan but this place was convenient at the time.

Used the drive through to get lunch. Ordered an original chicken sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich, two waffle fries and two cole slaws. When we got to the window they were going to give us two colas instead of two cole slaws. We thought we had corrected them when they read back our order after we ordered. But they corrected everything in a friendly manner.
As for the food, the sandwiches were very good. The original is simply a filet on a buttered soft bun with pickles. The chicken salad sandwich is a healthy choice. Again simple, with a nice chicken salad on multigrain bread with lettuce. I give them both a 7 out of 10. The cole slaw was finely minced which I like but pretty average tasting– say 4 out of 10. The waffle fries are not good. Soft not crispy. Unevenly cooked due to various sizes– 1 out of 10.
We would go back for sandwiches but not the sides.

However I will say that I came here when it opened and they had the corporate employees, and it was great. The service was fabulous. Since then, it has decreased slightly. Food is of course still delicious, but service isn’t as amazing and the cookies have been hard the last couple times I’ve had one

This is one of the newer locations in the Chicagoland area, there is ample parking since it is located in a strip-​mallish-​area – but beware if there are any huge sporting events – bdubs is also in the same area – and parking can get a little hairy.
I like the layout of this location. It seems to be more for big groups — which I just so happened to be a part of when I visited. Bonus for them! I also like the new grilled chicken options available — hooray as I’m trying to be less terrible. No issues when I visited. Just think they need to have a better system if they’re going to bring out food to you — I can see this getting pretty crazy if the place is packed.

The food has been excellent so far. Drive-​thru needs to pick it up a notch though. Very slow.

Love the spicy chicken deluxe with pepperjack cheese. Good lemonade and waffle fries! Everything is fresh! The inside is very nice. They have a play area inside for young kids — albeit, it’s very small. The customer service here is incredible — a staple of their franchise. Their response to almost anything is «Yes sir» and «My pleasure.»
The best fast food franchise in America! I go into food prep areas of a lot of different fast food franchises and Chick-​Fil-​A tops them all, because everything is made fresh — from the salads to fruit cups. Glad they finally built one close to home!
