Salesman Greg W really knew his subject matter and set me up with the right merchandise. Delivery people did a great job and the gentlemen who made those deliveries were very professional, thorough, careful and courteous.

My wife and I went into your Willowbrook, IL store looking for a new mattress earlier this year. We had a lot of one on one time with the salesman because we were the only ones in the store. He did a good job of showing us different styles. We ended up spending a little more than we planned on but we were happy with the mattress the salesman talked us into because it fit our comfort needs and had a 10 year warranty. That gave us enough confidence that this large purchase would last us a long time. That’s where we were wrong. Within the first 4 months we noticed the bed started to sag in the middle and got quickly worse. We contacted the store to inquire about our warranty and they directed us to a 3rd party company called mattress marshall’s. This company sent us a packet with instructions to submit a warranty claim with string and a paper measuring tool where we had to take pictures of the mattress, box spring, and frame. We thought it was a little inconvenient but for a good night’s sleep it would be worth it. We spent about half an hour getting all the information this company requested and submitted it. We got a message stating they would respond within 2 – 4 weeks. Ok once again no big deal. My wife got a response today that they would not cover our faulty mattress because 1. The frame was not the correct one and 2. There was not enough sagging. We were asked if we needed a frame when we purchased the bed but we had one from our previous matters. The salesman never inquired what type we had. As for the amount of sagging, how can a company determine the amount of sagging a mattress has when there is no one on the bed? This paper measuring tool that was provided sat on top of the mattress and did not weigh down the sagging part what-so-ever. The«marshalls» response was that if we purchased a frame from Sleepy’s and the bed sagged more that they would consider re-instating the warranty. One of the only reasons we spend a little more money and bought this mattress from Sleepy’s is because of the so called«hassle-free» 10 year warranty that was exactly the opposite. It was neither hassle free nor a warranty at all. There is no way I can continue to sleep on the mattress and will be telling all of our family and friends about the horror that was Sleepy’s and their«warranty».

I’ve been running around like my heads going to explode looking for the right mattress. It’s been 4 days going store to store and surfing the web to make my investment. Rick at Sleepys was a life savor. He provided me with all the right information to make the process easy; better than all other bed sales. Walked out of there with a perfect queen size mattress very satisfied.

My husband and I were ready to upgrade from a Queen to a King and we thought that Black Friday would be the best time to buy one… it seemed that every store was having HUGE sales! We were going to spend the week shopping around and then purchase it on Black Friday. I did a lot of internet research and were giving us a budget of $ 2000…hoping that we could get a REALLY nice mattress at a great sale price. Sleepys was the first store we stopped at and we walked out having purchased a top of the line mattress, box spring, metal base, mattress cover, and a set of sheets! All without going over our budget! Tony took us through the whole process. Instead of just walking around laying on random beds… Sleepys has 4 main types of mattresses in the center and you first lay on those to get an idea of what you want(firm, plush, pillow top, and foam. From there we went on to try some hybrid mattresses and were torn between a Serta hybrid and a Simmons beauty rest… both REALLY expensive, but on sale for a great price. After walking around with us he left us on our own for awhile(which people need) where we went back and forth and back and forth and back and forth until we decided to go with the Serta iSeries pillow top hybrid mattress. He also suggested a mattress protector… we bought one, it was kinda expensive, and looking back I would have skipped it and bought a comparable one at Bed Bath and Beyond and used a 20% off coupon. He was also able to upgrade the basic metal bed frame to the heavy duty one for the same price of the basic one. THEN… when I mentioned to my husband that we will need to get sheets on the way home, Tony told us to wait a second and he came out with a set of beautiful, quality sheets, with a ripped plastic packaging… he was able to discount them from $ 99 to $ 24! Awesome! The only snag came with delivery. You choose delivery in 4 hour increments… we both work so our only option was a 2pm-6pm delivery… which isn’t really good for working folks…2pm is kinda early. There was some major miscommunication between Sleepys and the delivery guys… it all worked out in the end, but not as smooth as I would have expected. Thanks Sleepys… you made buying the mattress easy and we will surely recommend you to all our friends looking for a mattress. p.s…If you have a specific mattress in mind… Sleepys will price match/refund you the difference + 10%!
