I called to see if they accepted my insurance (Cigna) and to set up an appointment for anytime after 3:45pm. The woman said yes, I would be covered and that the next available time was for 2:45pm in two days, otherwise I’d have to wait a month. I was fine with that, but she got snippy and changed her answer to there being a 3:45pm available in two days. I didn’t argue and just took it. When I got there, I spent 25 minutes filling out paperwork, and when I handed it in, the same woman told me they won’t accept my Cigna insurance because its not PPO. So I had no choice but to leave after waisting my time with the incompetent staff.
Plus, the place looks kind of run down form the outside.
