Slowest drive thru in willows. Waited about 20 minutes with only 2 other cars in front of me. Decided it was time to leave and go next door to Burger King instead.

Is there a ½-star rating? I pulled off highway for a fast bite and restroom break. I could tell from the moment I walked in this was not going to be fast. I waited about 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment of standing at the counter. Then, someone from behind the counter comes up with a guest’s order in two bags, literally drops them on the counter, yells out a number, and exclaims, «Sorry for the wait.» as she’s turning away. Then, the guest gets their order and apparently it’s not right. That just confirmed my gut instinct. So, it’s off to Burger King. As I write this I’m enjoying my meal.(Less than5 minutes after walking in the door).

If I wanted to wait a half an hour for a quesadilla, I probably should have gone somewhere where there wasn’t a copious amount of food on the food of the kitchen. I have never been to an establishment that had its shit together less. Skip.

Its a fast food place, i get it, but the people working there do not have a care in the world if they are nice to you or not… the employees appear to be current or ex drug addicts. The food is never prepared to the liking, overall just not worth the time or money to visit this taco bell… chose orland up the road, or williams just south of willows… stay away from this place

No lie, I have been to this Taco Bell about 6 times in the last month and every single time the order has been botched. They are also extremely slow in the drive through. If you spare the time drive to Williams instead.

Drive thru was slow as can be. But they got our order correct. It was really slow for a fast food.

Yes, I’m reviewing a Taco Bell, and yes, it totally deserves it. We did the drive through, and got a 99 cent burrito &2 tacos, cantina burrito, & a crunchwrap. The cashier was friendly and attentive – we suspect she actually prepared our food because my bean burrito actually looked like the menu picture, in that it was bursting with a firm & even amount of ingredients – not the floppy bean smeared tortilla I’ve come to expect. All the ingredients were fresh and crunchy, delicious and so unlike every other Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had. Keep it UP! :)

I ordered a seven layer burrito with no lettuce and no tomatoes. The receipt was correct. The food was not. Reeeeeeeeeeeeead the screen, employees. I have had a gut ache since I ate the corrected burrito. I will n-e-v-e-r eat here again.

It’s nice to have a Taco Bell here, but I guess after you figure out the Mexican restaurants next door do just as fast in and out service as Taco Bell can, you opt for slightly less processed food. This one is just sometimes a nice stop when all you’re eating day in and day out is McDonalds. But I’d probably still go back to McDonalds…

It’s a Taco Bell. Just like every other Taco Bell you’ve ever been to on a road trip. Keep your expectations low and you won’t be dissapointed!

Oh sweet diarrhea inducing Taco Bell. If you have not been to a Taco Bell; there might be one closer to you than Willows. I recommend trying before you make this trip.
