They come to fix problems when I call them. They arrive on time. They’ve fixed things, so my HVAC works. My general impression is good.
What’s frustrating is that it always seems to cost about $ 1,000 to fix anything. Just showing up to tell me that they need to come back to fix something costs over $ 100. Maybe this is the way the HVAC industry works.
