Top Spa Nails

I went to Top Spa Nails for the first time at the beginning of this month and I was so excited because I hadn’t gotten a mani/​pedi in a very long time. The service was exceptional. They made sure I was very comfortable and relaxed and they were very friendly. I got a free paraffin wax treatment for my feet, and feet, back, and neck massages! I love the cute dog that roams around. I can’t wait to get another manicure!

After getting a very positive review from my mom I was very excited to come here but was sadly disappointed. I came at the end of the day and felt as though the staff was eager to get out the door. My mani and pedi was done at the same time, not allowing me to fully enjoy my experience. I requested the same color for both, but since they were working at the same time the color was different, which is not what I wanted. When I told them that’s not what I asked for they were unwilling to change it. After coming home, my pedicure immediately got scratched and the paint clumped even though it had been 3 hours. I will certainly come back to have them correct this because I am very upset.

I got a great pedicure here. My no chip was no good at all though and also more expensive than my usual place. Good pedicure though.

Just for my eyebrows waxed with Erica! Exactly what I wanted. Kept them thick and natural!

It certainly is as good as it gets at Top Spa Nails! I’ve been a customer since the day the salon opened. I am a weekly customer for several reasons. Top Spa Nails provides quality products, top notch service and everyone there is very kind. The owner Linda and her daughter Stephanie are very professional and I feel like family when I come to the salon.
The price is perfect for the quality you receive and the salon is very clean. They provide waxing and massage service too which is a nice addition to a nail salon.
I know I get a massage every time I go and it’s worth every penny! If you are looking nail perfection, I would highly recommend trying Top Spa Nails.

Great place! Just relocated back from SoCal and was looking for a perfect place to do my nails. Linda, the spa owner, is wonderful, very sweet and does a great job!
The Spa itself is very relaxing, very clean and just has a great vibe. It doesn’t feel like a factory, and they speak English :)

I have only been here once for a no-​chip manicure, but I didn’t have the best experience. It wasn’t horrible, but enough to make me schedule an appointment elsewhere from now on. The girl I had came up to me and said I could sit down, which I did. The only question she asked me was «is square ok?». I replied «yes» and about 45 seconds after she started filing my nails, she said «I’m sorry» and got up and rushed to the bathroom. I’m pretty sure she threw up in her mouth and then took care of it in the restroom. She looked hungover and kept hiccup/​burping. It was honestly just unprofessional and pretty gross. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve gone to work basically still drunk from the night before, but I grabbed a giant Gatorade, some mints, and slapped on a drunken grin in front of customers!
The manicure itself was decent. It lasted for over 2 weeks without chipping — just natural nail growth.
P. S. I do apologize if the girl was dealing with morning sickness and not «I shouldn’t have gotten drunk last night» but I’m pretty sure she was hung over. haha

Not the best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had, it was descent. I think $ 40 is a bit much for the service however they did have a wide range of nail polish colors and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Top Spa Nails goes above and beyond with their awesome service. It all comes down to detail and Top Spa delivers just that and relaxation! Linda, Mindy and Stephanie are the best!

I come here every week for my manicure and pedicure once a month.
I always appreciate the personal touch, and I especially like the punch card which gives you a free manicure after 10^th visit.
The chair massages are also great, and if I could afford it, I would get them more often.
The salon is very clean and well kept.
Definitely recommend it.

I love this salon! I live in Evanston and work in Northfield, so this is in the perfect location to stop in after work. I get their French No Chip and it’s great. Although it is a $ 5 charge for French (most places haveat least a $ 5 upcharge), it is cheaper in the long run because it lasts for a whole month! I try to call before I come in, but sometimes I don’t know until the last minute and they except walk-​ins. Linda and the rest of the staff are always friendly and welcoming and give GREAT back rubs while your nails dry. Definitely check it out.

Love Linda’s salon! It’s calm and serene inside. They greet their customers by their first name, very friendly and welcoming, and always accommodating when making appointments. They do a great job with manicures and pedicures — never sloppy or rushed. I had been bouncing between different salons in the area, but now I only come here. Oyuna is my fave — she gives a great chair massage as well! I liked keeping this place a secret, but I can’t keep it to myself any longer!

This place has been under new management since earlier this year. I have gone to the neighboring nail salons & prefer to come here because I am never rushed and they do a meticulously good job with my nails.
I normally do not do pedicures during the winter, but decided to splurge because of their Mon-​Thur $ 35 mani-​pedi special today and was surprised to receive a nice paraffin treatment for the heels of my feet which was very soothing. I have had Sarah do my nails twice and each time my nail polish seems to last longer than usual and I have to wash my hands more than 20 times per day in my line of work.
It’s too bad there are not more reviews because every time I have been there the customers are on a first name basis with management. I used to go to Organic Spa in Wilmette, but it’s like a factory in there and I feel they are in a rush all the time. The mini neck and shoulder massage at the end of the manicure is another nice touch I might add…
