Generally, I like the selection and organization of the Bargain Box, although their prices are on the high-end as a thrift store. My last experience was very disappointing. I am a shopper for the film industry and need receipts for my purchases and the woman working check-out was VERY rude when I asked for one. She simply said«we don’t give receipts.» I asked if I could at least have a business card or ANYTHING with the store’s address and again she refused. They did have a postcard that I was able to grab from the counter. I spend hundreds of dollars on clothing, household goods, books, etc every week, but I’ll NOT shop at the Bargain Box again. Vintage Values has better prices, friendlier staff and happily give receipts!

Fantastic. I have a hard time generally finding mens’ clothing at thrift stores, but this place had a pretty good selection. Plus vintage in the back!

This thrift store is on my short list of go-to’s when I have a free afternoon. My favorite room is to the left, down the step, then to the right. You pass through a space where they hang the wetsuits and have other incredible sporting equipment. Keep going and you come to the outdoor activity jackets, like ski, running, sailing, hiking, and wet-weather jackets. They also have a room back to the left then around to the right that has vintage clothing. Once, hanging on a wall, I saw 2 or 3 pairs of brand new leather chaps. Go figure… Their prices for everyday clothing is a little higher than Goodwill, but tends to be higher quality. And you just never know what you will see here.
