Stopped in for a regular manicure. When I first sat down there was a dirty rag and nail clippings on the station. The first part was extremely rushed and poorly done. Some nails are jagged and not even shaped. After I was asked to wash my hands, I was left sitting alone for 15 minutes while my technician switched to work on someone else. When she finally came back, she put a hot rag on my hands for 20 seconds then literally painted all the coats in less than two minutes and asked me to go dry them. The polish is uneven and already bubbling on the corners of some nails. Seriously disappointed. Waste of time and money. I have never felt so rushed or unrelaxed at a manicure.

One of the absolute worst nail salons I have ever been to. I have a favorite salon (Zyng Nail Salon) that I love but since I was only getting my acrylic tips soaked off I went here. I think they may have spoken two words to me in English? I asked for a soak off and he basically ripped the tips and acrylic off of my nails with a nail tip. There was a wet washcloth already on the table where he did my nails and he didn’t pick it up. Yuck! My nail did grow while I was wearing the acrylic but, he basically ripped my nails apart.
This is one of THE WORST nail places in Delaware that I have ever been to. I can’t even call it a nail salon. My advice is to stay far away from this place as possible.

I’ve been here a few times for different services including gel polish change, eyebrow waxing, and pedicures. I enjoyed the gel polish change and my first eyebrow wax with Jenny. She has pretty nice eyebrows herself so I thought I’d give her a try. When I asked her to just clean my brows she did just that and I was satisfied with the results. I returned another just for eyebrows and Jenny wasn’t there so I took my chances with another lady, who interpreted «clean my brows» as giving me pencil thin brows… awful! After that I’ll never do eyebrows there again.
The location is pretty convenient for me so I returned on another occasion for a pedicure and got the lady who did my brows the last time (can’t remember her name). She does a much better job with pedicures than waxing. She is very sweet and did a nice design. They open a fresh pack of sterilized tools for each pedicure and lined the bowls. Hygiene is a must for a pedicure for me so big thumbs up there
I returned another day for another pedicure but this time the only person available was the grumpy man that works there. His rude attitude is a turn off but I was in a time crunch so I put in some headphones and didn’t let him ruin my mood. He did do a good job on the pedi and put a little more elbow grease into the scrubbing than I’ve had a most of these kind of nail places.
Overall, it’s a decent place for the price, hygiene, and service (besides the man everyone else is friendly). They can improve upon their color selections in OPI regular polishes. They have a good selection of gel polishes.

If you want to do designs on your nails let «Jenny» do it for you! I showed here a photo on my phone she copied it even much more better Dont put Gel if you care about your nail

I’ve been going to Bella for years, and have received some amazing mani/​pedis from some very friendly salon techs, but my experience there the last two times there have been so bad, it’s time to find a new salon. My last gel manicure began to bubble before I even got home, and was so bad the next day, I had to return and have the entire manicure done over. But it was my last visit that made me decide to go elsewhere. My scheduled appointment was completely disregarded, I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone could take me, and then played musical chairs while being passed off to 3 different technicians, one of whom was ranting to her co-​workers in Vietnamese for a good 5 minutes while gesturing in my direction and another waiting customer’s direction. And that poor woman was ignored for another 30 minutes while they took walk-​ins that came in after her. I feel like I’m losing a good friend, but the level of service has become so bad, it’s not worth spending my money there anymore.

I have been going here for only a few months and I am starting to see some changes that have me concerned. Some of the staff have changed and the work not as stellar. I think I am going to give them one more shot today since it’s rainy & I don’t feel like driving far.:-)

I have been to many nail salons for a variety of reasons (waxing, pedicure, manicure) and I must say that I love this place! They are friendly if you smile and talk to them and they do a great job on eyesbrows for a low price. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I love this place– i have been several times to get shellac nails and pedicures. Love it! Clean and the girls are very friendly!

Very irregular hours; they frequently are not open during their posted and advertised hours. If you manage to get in, they don’t remove caluses very well for pedicures, they trim the sides of your toenails, which can cause ingrown toenails, and my cuticles always look a mess after manicures. Save your money.

They do a great job and it’s clean. Tons of colors for gel nails

Stopped in here on a very busy day. They were the only salon in the area to accommodate me for a manicure without an appointment. My manicurist was friendly, but obviously rushed. Everything leading up to the actual painting of my nails was fine. But the paint job was terrible — smudges, bubbles, and nail polish all over my fingers. After timidly asking twice, my manicurist finally fixed just one of the most badly botched nails. If you are going to accommodate more people than your salon can handle on a busy day, then you shouldn’t charge customers full-​price for a rushed, botched manicure.

Get the spa pedicure. Best I’ve ever had! They spend so long massaging your legs and feet… and the last step they use tiger balm, so that your feet have a nice, tingly feeling that lasts for a hour or two after! Love it!

The. Worst. Never again… Rude staff and sub-​par service. There was still old polish on my nails that I wish I had noticed before paying and leaving. Another reason why I stopped going to strip mall nail salons.

Getting my toes did. yes sir. after long hours of hard work thus is the least that I can do for my poor feet. What female likes looking at guys ugly feet? Thank goodness my feet are well than care of. After 12 yrs of coming here the girls always greet me with a smile and wave. i guess the woman that are getting their nails done wonder why their husbands don’t have the «balls» to make their nasty feet look nice. lol

Absolutely my favorite beauty salon. The staff is very friendly and gets the job done very well.
