Loved this place. First visit was yesterday and got a gel manicure with speedy wonderful service. The owner took the time to welcome me and ask if it was my first visit and even learned my name. It was a very homey nail salon and most of the customers who came in knew eachother and were very close with the staff. My gel manicure was very carefully done by the owners young but talented daughter. And bonus — $ 27 for the gel manicure which was cheaper than many I have seen and they also do not charge to remove old gel before your manicure. Great place!

First time here today and Linda did an amazing job ! She was so accommodating and very precise with her work. I’d definitely return. #CoffinNails. My only con was I wished the salon was a little neater. Though they are very clean and hygienic, they can use some remodeling.

One star is one too many for the experience that I just had at Nails Images.
I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, as I am a very laid back and easy going person when it comes to customer service, but after the service I just received I feel as though others should have fair warning before spending their time and money here.
This was my first time at Nails Image and I chose it because of the excellent reviews others have given on Unilocal.I went in for a mani/​pedi but my manicurist (middle aged woman, short hair) was extremely rude the entire time, as if I had personally offended her by coming in. The water in the pedicure tub had not been changed out, she refused to change any of the wet, previously used towels, and any question I asked was met with contempt and a grunt.
Not only was the customer service terrible and extremely uncomfortable throughout both my pedicure and manicure, but the quality was equally as disappointing. ESPECIALLY for the outrageous price I was charged after all of this.
Given the rave reviews given about other specific employees of Nails Image, I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this may have just been a bad night for a sub-​par employee, but I will not be going back to find out.

Looks can be deceiving from the outside. Looks like a house converted to a salon but the inside is nicely decorated.
Let’s talk about the work though. I have never been to a place with such attention to detail! I got a pedicure and could not say enough good things about the quality of work! She went back to check over her work several times to make sure it was perfect; and it was! I didn’t have Linda which everyone speaks so highly of but she seems very friendly when greeting me and making sure I was doing okay.
They really do appreciate their customers. Chance for a raffle give-​away type thing just for being a customer. This is my first time here and I would defiantly go out of my way to re-​visit. This place is great!

My husband and I came in for pedicures and I also needed fills. Based on previous reviews we decided to give this place a try. We were so pleasantly surprised at how fantastic these people are!
I don’t know the name of the lady that did my husband’s pedicure, but he was extremely happy when she was finished!
Linda did my pedicure and fills. She is so friendly and definitely takes her time and knows what she’s doing! She even squared my toenails perfectly, they looked just like those perfect pedicures you see in ads and photos in salons! I was extremely happy with that! When she did my fills, she even took the time to clean up my horrible cuticles at no extra charge. She fixed the terrible set I already had from a previous salon visit somewhere else. I was amazed at the difference!
I highly recommend this nail salon and if I’m ever in the area again I will most certainly be back for a mani-​pedi!

I moved out here from California, and this was the best nail salon I found in this area. I had been to a couple of different salons in southern Pennsylvania and Delaware which only brought me utter disappointments.
Linda was very friendly but not overly too talkative. The salon had the best selection of colors, and Linda knew exactly what she was doing. I got my gel nail done in a half moon shape about a month ago, and it is about time to replace them now. The cost was a little higher than LA, but I guess it is what it is if I live in DE.
Definitely recommend it!

Atmosphere: walked in at 6:30 to the strong smell of Chinese food. Confusing whether this was a nail salon or a restaurant. Fox News was blaring on the TV. Garish wall color, not at all relaxing. The front door stayed wide open even though it was chilly and rainy outside
Nail colors: OPI in the front, Essie hidden around the back. Very dated color selection compared to other salons.
Cleanliness: couldn’t discern how clean the tools were, but didn’t see a machine for sanitizing anywhere in sight.
Overall, would not go back here again. Their prices were reasonable ($ 12 Mani) but for some reason their gels rack up to be $ ⁴⁰⁄₅₀. That’s outrageous! They must not want you to get them. The Mani looked OK, could have used a third coat and the top coat wasn’t that shiny.
This place had a steady stream of both young and more mature clientele on a weeknight, so must be popular locally. However, this commuter will be looking elsewhere.

We were visiting DE while hubby was in meetings there and My 5 year old and I wanted our nails done. I’m super picky about my nails since I am a nail tech myself. I was looking for a place to be affordable but do a nice job. Which is usually not possible. I also knew I would be taking my daughter and didn’t want it to be a fancy place, or take too long bc of having her with me. It’s a little hole in the wall, but very busy!
I was happy with what we got! Cindy did our nails and I got gel polish, it’s lasted nicely and she painted the WHOLE nail, even sealing the ends! I could understand them, although they are all Asian. My daughter got toes and nails painted and they did a nice job. All for 35 $! What a steal! Will def use this as my go to place for when I travel with him, but prefer my own work in Frederick md, Thomas Scott salon and spa.

I have been going to Linda for years and she has been great! Tim and Linda go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (they will keep you laughing) and Linda does quality designs and waxing. Their employees are very nice, too!

Just moved out here from California & I’m very picky about my nails & feet… LINDA went above & beyond to make me happy! Best pedicure I’ve had on the East Coast.
This place is definitely my go to nail salon!!!
Will recommend to anyone!!!
