Howwww did I not know about this place sooner? I drive right past this salon at least 10 times a week, as it’s on my commute to work– and yet I never really noticed it. I stopped in today because it’s a Sunday, my regular salon is closed, and I needed a pedicure. So they automatically get bonus points for being open on Sundays. From the outside, this location doesn’t look like there’s anything special going on inside, but don’t let that fool you! The inside definitely lives up to it’s name. This salon is sparkling clean, literally and figuratively. The décor is lavish, like you stepped into a high end salon at a Las Vegas Strip hotel. I sipped on a complimentary mimosa as I enjoyed my gel pedicure. My therapist Kim, was fantastic. Splurge for the deluxe or spa pedicures, and they come with a complimentary neck/​shoulder massage. Love love love this salon!

The first time I came here to get my acrylics filled with a gel overlay I was so impressed and raved about the experience. But when I came back a 2nd time it was horrible. My nails were filed so thin with the drill that it hurt and the gel polish was applied wrong so it was clumping on the nails and did not dry properly. I had to go to another salon to have everything taken off and let a completely new set of nails grow out. But the 2nd salon still had to leave a small layer of acrylic because my nails were so thin and brittle from the tech at Diamond. I would tell someone to go to Diamond for a regular gel manicure and pedicure but never would I trust them for a set of acrylics with drills in their hands. A very scarring visit.

I came here as a walk in when I couldn’t get in to my regular spot for a pedicure. Very nice and clean inside, with comfortable chairs for pedis and, by the looks of them, manis. I arrived around 6 on a weeknight and was taken quickly, with toes drying about 30 minutes later. Three big flat screens along one wall with the news or a light entertainment channel on mute with captions.

Came here on a whim, extremely happy with my choice. The staff was friendly the service I purchased was well worth the price. If I didn’t live in Baltimore, this would be my regular nail place :)

Tried this place since my usual place can never take walk-​ins anymore, it seem.
At Diamond, I didn’t have to wait, which is clutch. The place has a lovely atmosphere with an array of services to choose from! They also offer you water, which is nice. Regular pedi was $ 25, included nice exfoliant, massage and hot towels (which I’m seeing more and more as an extra cost now at places!)
Manager or owner was greeting people and seems to remember his regulars; they all seemed very happy to see him.
Will definitely be back
Tip: Any service under $ 15 (polish change, etc.) must pay in cash. Tip is always in cash.

Love this place! I was here a few weeks ago when I was visiting my sister. Location wise it is a little farther than the salon I normally go to when I’m in town, but definitely worth it! Everything is new, clean, and the staff seems really friendly and helpful. After their grand reopening, my sister went and ever since then has gushed about how great it is.
My sister is one of those really picky, annoying customers. She usually goes in not knowing what she wants, takes forever to decide, and changes her mind halfway through. Good thing she doesn’t have Unilocal so she’ll never see this post. She is a perfectionist and expects nothing less for her nails. SOOOO for her to consistently say good things about this nail salon, I know they’re probably the real deal.
Definitely have repeat customers here!

I’m updating my review to say that the business owner of this salon responded to my critique & offered me another pedicure free of charge, & apologized for my experience. She was very gracious & seemed determined to make things right which in my opinion is very professional & the right thing to do.

Although I didn’t have a great first experience, they were very fast and attentive in fixing things, immediately addressing my concerns and doing a great job. They even have me tips on getting the best brow wax done. Very appreciative :)
