Ordered a hoagie and chips, The meat on the hoagie smelled rotten so I didn’t eat it and they brought me the wrong chips, will never order from them again.

I go into the Pat’s on Concord Pike every couple of months. The staff is always friendly and polite. They listen to my specific requests (such as making my fries more crispy than usual). I like their pizza very much. The crust is light but not too thin. It’s never overly crowded and I get served promptly. Generous salad. No complaints.

We received a menu in the mail at my office. My boss decided to order lunch for the staff in the office today– sounds great, right?! Well almost — it took 30 minutes longer for us to receive our delivery than the estimated time. I really don’t mind waiting for food if it is delivered within a reasonable amount of time of the estimated delivery, but 30 minutes late is a bit much. Additionally, I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and they forgot they chicken! So, it was just a very basic Caeaar salad with sad romaine lettuce, a couple of croutons and grated Parmesan. I was not impressed! My co-​workers seemed to enjoy their meals so maybe I just had a bad experience, although I don’t think I’ll be up to ordering from Pats in the near future.

Pats was horrible. Chunky sauce, thick crust, and a little burnt. Could not recommend to anyone.

Ehh… Pizza places that don’t offer a nice variety of pizza by the slice annoy me. So, we didn’t get the pizza we were planning to have when we stopped in — ended up getting salads and subs instead. They were okay but certainly not worth writing home about… I think I will save Pat’s for when we want pizza delivered to the house.
