What a total disappoint from beginning to end. My husband and I went to the store in hopes of «experienced» people. Received a nice young woman but not much help. We had to literally«pull» information out of her from sales, styles, colors etc. We were told 2 days, max 3 days for our order to come in. 5 days later, we called the store and were told, «Yes, they are here». NO email or call. Went to pick up. Brought them home and they valences were missing with the wrong brackets. My husband called the store and had to go back up to get the bracket but the valence is on order. God only knows for how long this time. We could have gotten the same service and head ache from Home Depot. Also, the store is not conveniently located to our home either. Overall, EXTREMELY disappointed in the entire experience. I purchased roller shades for 2 bedrooms. After 2 years the glue that held the shades onto the head rail melted and the shades had to be thrown out. For the 3rd bedroom I purchased pleated shades and they are still in good condition.

Very helpful people. Shop at their competitors online first and bring that information with you. Since they are a bricks and mortar store they can’t match those prices but they will come down some. I saved $ 100 on an $ 800 order.

This is the 5th window treatment we have purchased from this store. Each time the sales staff has been super. They listened to what we wanted and explained all the choices and how to measure for all the options. Due to all the previous information we received — this past purchase we knew exactly what we wanted with the measurements in hand and Barry was great in showing us all the colors and taking the order. It showed on the order screen that our choice was back ordered until 12 – 4, but we were thrilled when Barry called a few days later to say they were in. Barry is an asset to this store.
