In town visiting my parents, needed to get a pair of heels for a wedding and a pair of pretty sandals that don’t hurt my toe aka not thongs (not easy since almost all sandals are thongs). Sterling in the shoe department was wonderful. I described what I was looking for and he gathered a few options. We talked about what I could wear each shoe with — he had good style and was not pushy at all. I bought two pair! Sterling reminded me of the professional retail folks in DC, was nice to have that kinda treatment at the beach. Kudos!

I like this Dillard’s. Not too much high end but has great sales. The ladies department is lacking but the shoes make up for it. Great home selection also. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
