I have been a loyal fan of the Monkey Junction shop. The people have been quite friendly and knowledgeable. I’d never had problems with its business practices until yesterday. I had purchased 2 atomizers several days earlier. One of them was defective so I brought it back for an exchange. The young lady at the counter first asked me several rather prodding questions about my initial use of the product. Then, upon inspection, she said that it had no wick. I politely asked for a replacement and she charged me for it. I tried to explain that I expected a direct exchange for the defective atomizer but she said there was«no warranty» because it was a mass produced product and there were no refunds. This, to me, seemed inconsistent with the treatment I had received in all prior visits to this Electra Vapor shop. If, indeed, this is a store policy, I must question the customer value vs. a mere $ 3.00 item. If it was the employee’s understanding of the policy, perhaps it’s time for more comprehensive training.

I love this place in monkey Junction! I have been to countless vapor stores and this is the only one where they don’t pressure you to buy things. If you go in with a problem they actually try to help you with the problem instead of automatically saying you need to buy a new this and that. They also have specials all the time and the staff there is super nice and very knowledgeable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
