I was in town to start a new job and murphys law stuck.
I knew I needed a root Canal. The office was very Accommodating to get me in and worked with my home dentist office to get insurance etc. Also ensured they had what they needed to send an update on the procedure they performed.
If you have ever had this happen you know that the only thing that helps is ice cold water. I think they filled my water bottle three times and did this with a smile to ensure I was as comfortable as they could make me.
I have had root canals before and so I knew what to expect however the team still explained everything in detail. I felt that Dr. Kreshtool took the time with me needed to establish a root canal was indeed needed.
Dr. Kreshtool then followed up the outstanding service I received in his office by calling me this evening to check in on me.
I took the advil they gave me in the office and despite having been given an RX for something stronger in case I needed it, I never needed anything else.
You simply can’t ask for better service then this.

MONEY-​HUNGRY. My general dentist referred me to this office for a repeat root canal. I made an appointment and provided insurance information. I arrived at the office with a note and X-​ray from my general dentist. The doctor looked at my X-​ray and determined I needed a repeat root canal. The receptionist came into the room and stated that my insurance will not cover a repeat RC within the same 12 months, so we did not proceed and planned to reschedule in 3 months when it would be covered. Long story short: The office charged me $ 115 for the doctor to look at my X-​ray.

Lifesavers! I had to get an emergency root canal and they saw me last minute just 2 days before thanksgiving. The office was beautiful and comfortable. I had to wait a bit, but under the circumstances that is understandable. The procedure was so quick and dr. Kreshtool was able to make me numb when my other dentist was not able to just 24 hours before. I am so unbelievably happy and relieved. I don’t know what I would have done if they wouldn’t have seen me on such short notice, I was minutes away from checking myself into the hospital I was in so much pain. Can’t thank them enough.

The process was fast and painless. I didn’t have to wait around and the dentist, Dr. Kim, worked quickly. The root canal hurt terribly afterward, but there is no way to avoid that pain. I’d recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.
