Mailbox Express Monkey Junction

My experience with Mailbox Express has varied from store to store since each is a franchise, so it makes sense to do a review even though it is a national chain. I like this store for one big reason, the owners are very personable and service is fast. This truly is a mom and pop operation as a husband and wife run it. I have used them for notary, copying, faxing and mailing services. The only problem I have with them was a fax that failed and wasn’t discovered until I had called the bank. They quickly refaxed the document (for free) when the mistake was discovered and it looked like it was a problem on the banks end. They also have some PO Boxes and gifts for mailing. One other thing I have noticed is the beautiful women I see every time I go in there — I know that’s an odd thing to write a review about but it almost never fails that I will cross paths with a beautiful women every time I go in there. Maybe its the candles they sell?
