Moser Mechanical I found through Unilocal and based on the current reviews, they accurately represent great service. I own a property in Wilmington and they went to the property on the weekend to see what was wrong with the HVAC unit. Most companies would have waited until Monday. The unit needed to be replaced and their communication and customer service was excellent. The pricing was great too in comparison to other companies in town. I would highly recommend them for future work. Thank you!

Our electric bill had been ridiculously high for the past few months and I was worried there was something wrong with our heating system. I called Moser this past Sunday and they were able to come out the next day. I’m glad I made the call as our heating had been running on «emergency heat» for the past few months which is apparently grossly inefficient.
I know very little about HVAC so I asked Jamie to walk me through the process. He thoroughly explained the different components of the system, what the potential problems were, and also educated my husband and me about how to reduce our heating bills.
Jamie was very pleasant to work with. I’m a woman and unfortunately have had the rather frequent experience of servicemen either only directing questions to my husband or being patronizing. This was not my experience of Jamie at all. He was friendly, informative, and honest, all with a big smile on his face. We will definitely be calling Jamie for our next service call!
