Royalton Inn

The front desk manager was awesome and he definitely works hard he was there every time I went to the desk and always with a smile on his face! The continental breakfast was pretty great too, they have something for everyone in the family; bagels, waffles, danishes, muffins, donuts and all of it is individually wrapped as well as cereal and fruit. I left my room key behind one time when I went to the lobby to get coffee (in the afternoon) which they keep available and hot all day long (as well as orange juice) and the front desk manager told me no problem and made me another one right then and there and did it all while being pleasant and making small talk with me while helping me out. I can not say enough nice things about the fantastic customer service we received all weekend! The only thing I was a little bummed about was that the pool wasn’t open yet but that wasn’t the hotels fault, the city still has to come by and approve the work done on it and such but it looked warm and inviting and I saw a hot tub in there too! Also a bonus: MINI FRIDGE AND A MICROWAVE!!!
