I hate to say it. But this store makes me sad. I guess any Sephora store is better than no Sephora. But coming from an area with an awesome store makes this one a little tough to stomach. First off, I am never greeted or offered any assistance. The store is small (inside JCP) but I’ve been to small stores before and this one isn’t very well kept. Many times, the item isn’t stocked near the tester. So, it’s up to you to go on an Easter egg hunt. And after you find what you want, it’s a bit of an ordeal to get someone to check you out. Honestly, more than once I have left the store empty handed and then used the Sephora app to order and have my items shipped. I love Sephora, shopped there for years. But not a fan of this store.

It’s a nice Sephora store. It has a ton of brands that the larger Sephora stores don’t offer. I gave it a 3 for two reasons. One: items are hardly ever restocked! I don’t think Lolita has been in stock since they put it on the shelves. And two: about 75% of the employees are very very rude and unhelpful. Here I am almost to rogue status and I would say, «excuse me, do you guys have _​_​_​_​_​_​?» And she just points and says «over there». And it’s not just how her attitude is because she was more than happy to help the wealthy looking lady twice my age. The other 25% of the employees really save it though. Some are so incredibly nice and helpful it’s insane. The one with the short blonde pixie and perfect eyebrows is great, and so is the one with long reddish hair and perfect makeup (she might be the manager). I’ll probably be purchasing Sephora online more often than going into the store. Sorry to the helpful and sweet employees.

I love the selection at this store and I love that you can try stuff and make sure that your going to like it before buying. I wish they kept more of the products that they offer in stock, I have been calling for 2 weeks now in regards to a bite lipstick, I would like to buy it in store since they sell it.
I don’t want to pay $ 10 for shipping when I can get it in town.

I really like this cosmetics store. It’s located inside JC Penney and it’s big enough to have a good selection but not so big you get overwhelmed. The staff is nice and helpful and it’s almost always easy to get in and out in a timely way. The best part is that they always offer to let me sample products if I want to before I buy them. They have a customer rewards card which lets you save up points to buy stuff. I like Sephora way better than Ulta.
