The Lady, «Janet» at the copy section doesn’t like me and she is very angry on me. I was waiting patiently all the time but still she was rude with me. The self service printing machine was not working so I need some assistance and I was very polite all the time, I was very upset with her response.

I came here because the Staples in Newark was sold out of everything. Next time Newark is out of stock, I will buy it from
or Amazon. I received horrible service from staff when attempting to purchase my items. The only employee who wasn’t rude was Bryan P., the assistant manager. He was great, but the team leader was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
The employees were so rude, I do not want to return to any Staples locations, particularly this one. Avoid!

Call me weird but I like office supplies; maybe it’s the writer in me.
Anyhow, I needed a to get a flash drive (my new car has a USB port and I want to play my MP3s.) The store has changed since the last time I’ve been in it. They have more electronics and tablets and stuff. I checked out there small selection of flash drives. I found one 16 GB left and it was on sale from like $ 21 to $ 7.99. Of course I bought it. The only «negative» is the people who visit this store and the employees are sort of… I don’t know… always dirty looking? I don’t know if that makes sense. Prices Corner (where this store is located) has changed in the last 10 years; it’s declined.
