My client just called Sunrise PC Support thinking she was calling Kaspersky.
She needed assistance turning off Kaspersky’s virtual keyboard. (10 second job)
This is a brand new Win 8.1 computer running Microsoft AV
She was informed after a few minutes (Seconds) that her computer was infected with Viruses, Trojans, Infections, malware as well as junk applications and folders. They would take care of this for only $ 300.00. The tech made her feel like her computer was going to «blow up». He also told her that she was infected by her old computer, which by the way was not even connected, less powered up.
I have photos to back up all I have written here!!!
I strongly recommend staying away from these individuals!!!
