Really awesome experience! Frank and Dave spent the time to get me where I need to be for my business. Requires lots of transfer data etc. Nice location and everyone is extremely pleasant. Needed to change from another carrier with coverage issues impacting client communications. Very happy!

Update: This store has still done absolutely nothing to positively address the deceitful and unfair service I received from them. A rep from the store indicated to me through Unilocal that the manager would begin an «internal investigation» of the matter, yet when I contacted the rep a week later to follow up, she said that they would not be able to reveal any results of this«internal investigation». What an absolutely flagrant and pathetic excuse for a response this all was, not to mention total waste of my time. I’ve taken to writing a complaint about my extremely poor customer service experience and the store’s shady business practices to their corporate office in any case. Coincidentally, Musicxtu921 K.‘s Unilocal profile just happened to be created one day after my one star review of this Verizon Store, and he/she left a four star review for them… Being that the last review before mine was four months ago, this most recent good review for them suspiciously in my opinion; seems to be convenient timing for this particular store…

After receiving some pretty shoddy service at the Verizon Wireless in KOP I drove down to the first state to conduct my business. I was greeted when I entered and helped immediately by Sam. I was getting a new phone and adding the line to an existing family plan. The process was quick and easy plus I wasn’t given the run around. Thanks guys!

Went into my go to store to buy a tablet. Ive been there many times before… Nicely redone store and a pleasant staff. However I left before being serviced because of the horrible and loud techno music. On a beautiful Sunday afternoon it didn’t put me in a buying mode it broke me out of it.

Stopped in tonight because my phone died. The manager Amena Kelly and Solution Specialist Rashad Scott provided something very rare these days and that’s outstanding customer service. I stopped at another location first and received the complete opposite. If you want an outstanding experience then this is the location to go to.

Came to buy a new phone with a brand new contract and they wouldn’t open the store 5 minutes early but had the time to smoke their cigarettes outside the door. Guess salesmanship isn’t a condition for employment. But since it was the manager smoking his cigarette and giving me a smug attitude, it makes sense. I will not be back. And I’ll be recommending against this store to our company rep.

My phone went completely dead, so I took it to this store. Braneia Dickey was the sales consultant that handled the situation. I must say she was professional, courteous and pleasant. She inspected the phone, went back to technical and confirmed there was an issue with the phone. This was my first visit here and I will return to purchase my next phone.

I’ve been here a bunch of times for different purposes. Sometimes for a new phone, sometimes to clear up a bill. Whatev. Despite the fact that the place is always mobbed, the staff does a pretty good job of working through the ‘queue’. I feel like the service is good despite the fact that the staff always appear over worked. If anything — that’s my biggest complaint — I always feel like I should apologize to the staff for being ‘that next guy’.
