This review is for Josh, one of the guys who works here. My dad and sister got new Android phones and couldn’t get MMS to work and Josh solved everything!!! Of course I had looked online for help articles, but nothing worked and Josh worked his magic and fixed the problem. REALLY appreciated it!!!

Nice, stand-alone T-Mobile in the parking lot of the Concord Mall. I’ve been here numerous times and have always had a good experience.

I usually love going to this t-mobile. The representatives are always so nice and helpful but today, the girl there gave me nothing but attitude when I asked about the new iPhone. Maybe she was having a bad day or whatever but she should be in a better mood when she talks to her customers.
