Taco Bell

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since I was a kid and I’ve never been disappointed. I stopped by for breakfast this morning and was very pleased. The staff is always nice and the food is always fresh. It’s the perfect place to swing by and pick up a Taco 12 pack before hanging out with friends and their breakfast menu is a good quick option in the morning. This is the only fast food establishment in the area that doesn’t ruin eggs! I miss the dancing sailor man though… He was a Wilmington icon.

I ordered two quesalupas and one of them had two long hairs like if it was done on purpose. They need to wear hair nets I understand one but two long black hairs is unacceptable. I will not be coming here again. This Taco Bell location is gross. Before you eat here make sure there are no hairs on your food.

Usually very good service but this time I was disappointed at there customer service.

Usually they have really good service but today was beyond disappointing. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and received 3 soggy tacos with the shell broken and the tacos looked like they were sitting there for a while, they didnt even have lettuce! I called and the manager oscar told me to bring them in & ask for cristina or himself and he’ll do them over so i did.
Going in an employee asked me if i needed help & i asked for cristina or oscar. They told cristina i was there and all she did was look at me & she said «oh its the girl for the tacos. Just make her 3 new tacos. (All this with an attitude)». She didnt even approach me to apologize and she never took a look at how the tacos were.
Because of the fact that cristina treated me & my case like we didnt matter im giving this taco bell 1 star. Her being the manager should of been more attentative and cared a little more.
I received HORRIBLE customer service from cristina. If shes going to be working in that industry, she needs to be retrained in the customer service area.
VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The food is bomb.

Excellent customer service and food is prepared very fast. You definitely get more than you pay for and they don’t skimp on the portions!

As a fellow that doesn’t eat taco bell at all. I got the dorito box that came with the dorito taco, bomb. You don’t have to wait at all. Its one of the fastest services I’ve had for fast food. Try the fire hot dorito taco!

It’s a fully functioning Taco Bell with all the fully functioning Taco Bell amenities, including, but not limited too: tacos, burritos, mexican pizza, and everything else in between that can be conceived of using the same 7 or so ingredients.
