Absolutely the worst service ever from a fast food restaurant. Asked to speak to a manager who refused to come out of the office. 4 cars in the drive thru ordered and received their items before us. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to receive our meal but everything was severely lacking. My nachos bell grande was completely spilled inside the bag. All of our tacos were missing cheese and the girl working the counter didn’t know how to put her cell phone away while at work. Never visiting again!

I only visit this Taco Bell because it’s close to my house. And I normally get off work around 11:30, so there aren’t many choices. Every time I visit this location, something is wrong, burnt, or it takes 30 – 45 minutes to go through the drive thru. The employees don’t care about customer service, nor are they concerned with the time it takes to get the food to the customer. When it’s almost midnight, I’m ready to just grab something quick and go home. I normally always get the cheesy potato burrito and some nachos or I get a crunch wrap. It’s just never a good experience at this location unfortunately.

Ordered a combo meal and it took them over 30 minutes to complete the order. The restaurant only had 4 other customers and they all waited just as long. The manager only offered excuses and did not even apologize.
