I payed for the most expensive package so I could lay in the best beds. However, to say I’ve been disappointed and overpaid for a service is an understatement. Beds are either down with bulbs out, not maintained with broken radio, nasty stained floors etc. If you like to overpay for a dirty, broken down place to tan, Ultra Tan is for you. I’ve already cancelled for next month and will go back to Sun Tan City where the beds are really Level 6 beds (and they have more than 1) new, maintained and hygienic floors I’m not afraid to go barefoot on (don’t dare use the spray tan booth here). Even though Sun Tan City is further out of the way for me, you get the quality of service you pay for there.

For the most basic of packages they require a scan of your finger print and credit card information. Without the credit card info the charge an additional $ 20 to the package price. The basic beds are pretty weak. I had a gift card for several hundred dollars and it has gotten me two months of tanning on one of their cheaper packages and a bottle of lotion. Overall not impressed.

I just started tanning here about 2 weeks ago and LOVE IT! The customer service is AWESOME! I do not have to wait for a bed and have enjoyed my first 2 upgrades as a member and my «Ultra Cash.» Everyone is very knowledgeable on the beds and lotions and greets me with a smile. A very friendly, upbeat and positive atmosphere to tan.
