They made me wait for a single order for more that 10 min I ask for my favorite entrees and they don’t have anything ready. I ask for 4 different ones and they told me the same thing! Wtf This place has very bad costumer service

Went there at 10:45, and they said they were closed even though all the open signs were on and their posted hours say they are open until 11. :(

The food is as good as any other Panda Express, but come on. Let’s be honest. The portion sizes are ½ of what they should be or are at any other Panda. Fill up that scoop! I’ll pay more for shrimp, but not if I only get 5. Come on people.

I’ve been here a few times. Since it’s on the way to and from Eugene/Portland, I usually would stop here for a quick bite. Honestly, Panda Express’ food has really improved over the last few years. It actually tastes better and doesn’t look and taste like they just thawed it right before you got there. But this particular panda express… is run by idiots. All the people who work there just are dumb high school aged kids. Every single time i go here(whether it’s the drive thru OR walk in to get something to-go) They don’t give me any utensils. No napkins. Nothing. I mean, I guess I should just learn to check the bag before rushing out to my car/rushing out of the drive thru… But still. It’s sort of fast food common sense. Figure it out. Every single time the same thing happens. No fork, no napkins, no sauce. Just a box of food That i now have to wait for about an hour to eat because I’m not just going to eat it like a savage while driving down the interstate. Come on! Really??? I don’t have time to just drive all the way back and complain to people who don’t even care about their job that much, about the fact that I do not have a fork. This has happened several times(I honestly lost count) over the last year and a half. Definitely will not be going to this one again. Go to the one off the Lake Oswego exit. They have really nice workers there!

I love Panda for what it is just do not go here close to closing time. They won’t make you what you want because they usually start cleaning up about 30 minutes prior to closing. After that you get left over cooling food that doesn’t taste so good. I have now tried this 4 times because that is usually when I can grab dinner. I won’t try it again. I don’t mind eating left overs but they better be mine and am able to eat my food fresh the first go around.

This place is hit or miss. About 50% of the time they will mess up your food if you go through the drive thru. Most of the time the employees don’t serve you as much as you want. They really skimp on the portions at this location. But it tastes good, but so does every other Panda Express.

Had previously liked going here but lately they have severely cut back the portion sizes. I normally love the Beijing Beef. On my last visit, my portion was made up of three pieces of beef, four small pieces of red bell pepper and two slices of onion. I don’t feel the is commensurate with the price of a single serving.

The food was so good! I got the two-entrée combo with half rice and half chow mein, and picked honey walnut shrimp for both entrees. I was really happy with the flavor and quality of the food at this location. The restaurant was clean, the refreshments area was stocked, and the line moved efficiently while I was here. I’d recommend this Panda Express location to anyone passing through the area who is in the mood for Asian food.

Teenage kids with no work ethic work here. Filthy restaurant, old spilled sticky pop all over floor, food tastes ‘off’, no cup lids in dispenser in lobby with the«employees» goofing off behind the counter. Last time we were here, employee was using the broom she used on the floor to ‘sweep’ off the seats… eww. It seems like this restaurant just continues to go downhill. Won’t be back.

I used to love this Panda Express but lately it has gone downhill. I recently ordered a 2 entrée plate with fried rice, Orange chicken, and Kung-Pao chicken at the drive-thru. I should of checked my order before leaving as got white rice instead. The Orange chicken was hard and dry. The Kung-Pao was good though. I couldn’t finish it all and saved it until the next day and the rice was hard by then. If they would use good quality rice this wouldn’t happen. The employees are friendly but I don’t being asked if I would like to donate my change to Dornbecher Childrens Hospital. I used to say OK but the last time I said no and the employee helping me instantly changed her friendly demeanor and practically threw my order at me.

I sent my husband to get something to eat and it was within 15 minutes of closing. They offered him scraps that were left over from the day and refused to cook fresh food for him despite their hours stating they were open until 10pm. I understand that the owner may want to save on food waste but why do so at the expense of potential lost future business? I wonder if their food at the end of the day is compliant with the Oregon Food Handler policies since this location seems to think that people who shop at the last minute need to be fed scraps that are minutes from being discarded. I won’t buy from here again and I’ll advise my friends to do the same.

My husband and I eat here almost every week or every other week and the food is always fresh and delicious! There is a girl named Amethyst that works there and she is awesome! She’s always very friendly, fast and makes sure that we get our extra sauces with our food.

Worst Panda Express ever! Don’t ever go to this location! I went there one night an hour and half before they close order orange chicken two entire plate and she tells me we are out of orange chicken so I’m fine with waiting for fresh she said oh we’ve already clean and shut the grills off uh why do you have them off if you don’t close for an hour and half??? Worst ever took my business somewhere else I don’t know why management is letting this happen!

Worst Panda Express Ever. Arrived at the drive thru 20 minutes before closing to order and they tell me they won’t make what I want… but they can tell me what is left over in the trays for the day and I can buy one of those. Yuck and no thank you. They frequently don’t have good service. Won’t be going back.

So far, Panda has been consistantly decent at every restaurant. This location is very clean and the food is decent. Large portions for the price.

The contents of my order constituted a so-called«panda bowl» with one side of fried rice and one side of veggie spring rolls. These two sides were regrettably charged as an entrée and one side. So it is fair to say that during my experience at this franchised establishment I was overcharged by an amount equal to or greater than one or two United States dollars. But I digress(as money isn’t an issue for certain individuals) the real concern was the stomach displacement of the«bowl» or rather, the lack thereof(the«bowl» was only fifty-percent full of food). Please see my photographic evidence for further proof of this unfortunate occurrence. My order was served lukewarm after having to wait an additional 10 minutes for the side of spring rolls. Regrettably, as a fellow consumer I must inform you that this location does not deserve to be graced by your presence.

Ok we just went through the drive thru at this Panda Express. We sat behind the only other car for about 15 minutes. When I got to the window the kind lady had my food ready. I ordered the Samurai Surf and Turf based on the amazing looking picture. I will upload it here. She handed me the bag and it felt strangely empty. I reached in and found a teeny tiny box. my kids and I were like whoops something is wrong. I got the ladies attention and said«sorry I ordered the Surf and Turf» she said«that’s it» I said«No I mean I didn’t want a sample, I wanted the whole order», she explained that’s it. My whole family erupted in laughter as it was so shocking. Even the lady at the window giggled with a «I totally agree» look. This box is smaller than a lemon. I can hold this box with two fingers. This box would comfortably cover my nose without blocking my eyes. This box would only hold a mouse if the mouse was cut in half. This box if filled with water would not fill a 16th century Chinese tea cup. Anyway I digress. This cost $ 4.50. I opened it and found it had two pieces of Steak(half the size of the steak in the picture) and two shrimps. The rest of the box had green beans and potato cubes and red peppers smashed into mush to fit into the rest of the box. I would have taken it back but I must admit it was soooo shocking that it has supplied us with $ 4.50 worth of entertainment easy. Needless to say I am done with Panda Express! I will add a pic of the drive through window enticing Surf and Turf Picture, and a picture of the box. I set it next to a lemon which you can tell is bigger. This box is smaller than my PC mouse. Oh don’t get me started on that again.
