Dry Cleaning Depot

This is the WORST Dry Cleaners I've ever experienced. I used to visit their location on Oakland Park and Dixie and never had any problems. Since that location closed, I've had to use this location. Last week I dropped off 3 suits. When I picked them up and brought them home they STUNK like sour clothes left wet too long. I called and tried to get ahold of a Manager but no response. The excuse I was given was "we're using a new plant that we haven't used in a long time" They re-did my suits and THEY WERE RETURNED still smelling horrible. They refused to refund me and I can't get ahold of Tameka Kent, the Manager. I have been forced to dispute the charge on my card. Avoid this place at all costs.

Best customer service in town at this location. I switch from the location over by Seartown because of the outstanding service offered by the ladies at the Andrews Avenue location.

I went to the dry cleaning depot located at 1100 East Oakland Park Blvd. as well. When I walked in the clerk was on her cell phone and not very attentive. It took a long time just to drop off 12 shirts to be laundered and pressed. I asked about a 50% of coupon I had for signing up for their pick and delivery service. The clerk did not know anything about it. I asked if they would honor it if I printed the page and brought it back upon pickup. She said yes. When I arrived to pick up my shirts with the coupon they would not honor it. The services were average, prices above average and there customer service was deplorable. I will not be going back and would not recommend them.

I have been using this DCDepot for over ten years. Angela and Cassandra are the best! I always look forward to seeing them and miss them whenever someone is filling in. Overall, I am pleased with the laundry service itself. I mostly launder dress shirts. Occasionally, there is a cracked or missing button when I get them back, but generally all is good. The only thing I don’t really like is the twist ties around the groups of shirts. I know it only takes a few seconds to undo the twist ties, but I would love not to have to do that any more. Service is great and I almost always have my shirts back the same or next day.

Love going there! The staff is always courteous, friendly and efficient. It’s nice to be recognized and greeted by name. Clothes are returned neatly hung and cleaning is well done at reasonable prices.

The staff is great. Angela and Cassandra are the best and always so nice! I’m going to miss these gals when we move to Denver next year.

I went to the dry cleaning depot located at 1100 East Oakland Park Blvd. This was the worst dry cleaners I have ever experience! They lost my fiancée’s shirt the day before our engagement pictures and then charged for the other clothes I was picking up! Unbelievable, the store manager has the worst attitude and treated me extremely disrespectful. I asked if he would pay for the shirt that he lost and he said to call him back tomorrow because he was at home with his family in west palm beach. He refuse to give me even a discount or to say whether or not he would even pay for the shirt he lost! He ruin my engagement pictures! My fiancée had to run to the store to buy something that didn’t even match with the rest of our outfits!

Went one time for just dry cleaning on a dress. They told me it would be ready in 5 days. When I went the lady up front told me it wasn’t ready. I asked the lady to call me when it was ready. I never received a call and when I went in again the staff was rude and ignored me for about 5 minutes until she finally said in a non friendly way if she could help me… bad experience, would NOT recommend this place

Just moved nearby and gave the Dry Cleaning Depot a weekly try for two months. Location was very convenient and the lady who works most early wk days was nice. However, be aware for paying for services you do not ask for and not being refunded easily. I took a pair of shorts in for a new zipper and was asked if i wanted them cleaned and pressed, I said no! Well i picked up my clothes and when i arrived home realized that they were pressed so i looked at my receipt and was charged 15.00 dollars for the zipper and 7.29 for cleaning and pressed. Two hours later I went back and told the person working i was overcharged and she just said yea you were. She acted like oh well… I asked to get a refund and was told no she could not do it. Again, acted like oh well… No apology, no sorry, nothing! I said it was poor business practices and would be taking my weekly dry cleaning down the road. Then i was told only the manager could approve and give a refund and was giving a form to fill out which I did. When i handed it to her she asked for the original receipt the only proof I had, really? All this for a refund! No thanks!
