My husband and I selected Bianco Rosso based on the number of four and five-star reviews it received. Living in Fairfield we rarely dine in Wilton, but were attending a performance at the Wilton Playshop, right up the road. I must say that we were totally underwhelmed. The place is very attractive and spotless. The service was excellent. However, the food was very disappointing. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara. It is one of my favorites, and I’ve had it in many different restaurants. This version was tasteless. My husband had the Capellini with Shrimp. He said«there was nothing wrong with it,» but I tasted it and didn’t particularly care for it. In addition, as the restaurant filled up(we arrived at 6:00), it got progressively noisier and noisier, until it was impossible to converse without shouting at each other. We won’t return. At these prices, we expected more. There are many fine Italian restaurants in Westport and Fairfield that have Bianco Rosso beat by a mile!

This is my favorite restaurant in Wilton. Sometimes a little inconsistent, but overall a really good spot. Only ever been for dinner. Love their Cesar salad, probably one of the better ones I’ve had in the area. As far as entrees, I’ve gotten the gnocchi, pizzas, carbonara among other things. My favorite is probably the gnocchi, although you really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Always pretty crowded, especially on the weekends(obviously). If you’re looking for Italian food in the area, you’d be remiss to try any other place before here.

Bianco is amazing. I eat here multiple times a week, hands down one of the best in Wilton. The prices are great, great wine selection and the food is always very good(burrata, eggplant parm, gnocchi, and pizza bianco NEVERDISAPPOINT). Mario is one of the greatest guys and Claudio is a great bartender — everyone is wonderful. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Consistently solid! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Brussel sprout salad and burrata app are great starters. Chicken Milanese, ravioli and seafood are winners. Great energy and vibe. Can’t wait for their next restaurant offering.

One word, wonderful! The menu is so complete we have trouble selecting which equally delicious item to select. The wine list contains a good variety of choices where there are several excellent values. The staff is friendly, like family. The bar has a great buzz and is an excellent place to meet friends for fun, drinks and food. See you there !!!

In the past three months, I have eaten here 5 times. The most recent was for lunch yesterday with my family, and I felt compelled to write a review and recommend. Each time I have eaten there, I have experienced impeccable service. The menu offer great variety and I have enjoyed the fish dishes, pasta, and chicken dishes. For lunch yesterday, my daughter had a cheese pizza. It’s thin crust, one of 3 – 4 pizza options on the menu. Artisan cheeses and delicious sauces with a firm crust made this pizza delicious. So much that my wife and I helped her eat it in addition to our own meals. I had the brussels sprout salad which was over arancini. Awesome. My wife had a caprese salad with fresh and delicious cheese. She had a chicken dish which I don’t recall, because she cleaned the plate before I could get a bite. I had the breaded cod fish special served over red and orange pepper along with olives. Outstanding. Both lunches were part of their daily prix fixe specials. Recommend this restaurant for both lunch and dinner!

Outstanding. Order the gnocchi and you won’t be disappointed. Reasonably priced. Nice wine list that doesn’t read like War and Peace. Great atmosphere and space design.

First time eating at Bianco Rosso tonight! Our family ended up here because another restaurant we frequent was closed(it’s New Year’s Day) What a pleasant surprise! We are seasonal residents of Wilton and this restaurant is relatively new, so we hadn’t eaten here before. The atmosphere is casual and not as warm as I would have liked, but the food blew all of us away. It was delicious ~ which prompted me to write this review. Decent wine list to start ~ but the faves were the Shaved Bussel Sprouts salads with truffle oil, the pizza and pasta dishes.(We have several vegetarians in our group) I had the Asparagus Ravioli and it is the first time in my life that I have ever eaten every bite of pasta off of my plate. The service was awesome. We loved our experience here and will return … it was awesome!

Came here with a few co-workers on a Wednesday night, place is dim-lit, cute décor. We were seated in a corner table. Our server was very attentive and food came quickly. We shared a few appetizers. Meat platter was solid, I wasn’t a fan of the brussels sprouts it’s kinda flavorless. The steak in my steak frites was cooked to perfect medium with the right amount of juiciness. It is worth mentioning that although their wine list is by no means extensive, what they have are of good quality and decently priced. Cocktail menu is also interesting with drinks such as coconut mojito and flirtini. Overall a relatively upscale joint with good food and drinks. Recommend for catching up with friends or go on a date.

Nice restaurant I’m sure but don’t go to the back door or you may never eat again. The smells and filth are truly disturbing. I have never eaten here and never will unless they clean up their premises.

The food is fine and the space is terrific. The service is very interesting… well attended to by young Italianate men in tight clothing. Cheered my wife up considerably.

Really like this place. Modern Italian dishes, well priced. Eggplant Parmesan is one of the best ever. Good pizzas, friendly service. Nice wine list.

You cannot beat the $ 15 Price Fixe lunch special at Bianco. I would have thought for $ 15 the portions would be small, or at least lunch sized. But they rivaled dinner sized servings of food. I started with the mixed green salad, which had a tasty cistrus/white balsamic vinaigrette. It was sweet and was not over dressed(pet peeve of mine). My meal was the fusili with olive oil, garlic, and cauliflower. It arrived, and also had peas and yellow squash — bonus for me, I love vegetables! My colleagues had the eggplant parmesan, which was huge, could have at least been enough for two. It was garnished with prosciutto to bring out some salty flavor. One had the frittata, which was backed in a pie dish, and had a salad on top of it, and she reported it as good. The other had the shrimp, which she also reported was very flavorful, and a good portion. Downside is the business lunch took 1.5 hours since there were, from what I could see, only two people working in the front house of the restaurant. They should work to recognize that some of us do have to get back to work, and might not have 20 minutes to wait for our credit card to be picked up. Food is worth it, though, as long as it’s okay if you miss your next meeting.
