I’m a cappuccino nut and they know how to do it right. But I noticed it had a really rich flavor which I often miss when visiting other coffee shops. Much to my surprise I found out that the coffees they use at Maui Wowi are organic! I had no idea! I have always been a bit upset that other coffee shops don’t even offer an organic option. I don’t know if you realize how much pesticides are usually used to grow coffee, but it can be considerable. I recently switched to using organic coffee and drinking organic wine as I found out these were both sources of ingesting pesticide residue. Anyway, not to ramble on. I like MW because it is pleasant, comfortable, fast service and most of all I LOVE that it is organic!

Fairly expensive. BUT this place serves the best iced chai tea latte I have ever had. Like, ever. I haven’t tried anything else, honestly.

Just stopped in to beat the heat on a sunny day in Wimberley. Service was prompt and friendly. I went with a quad espresso o’er ice & a macaroon. My expectations were gladly met. The seating is comfortable and the music allows a conversation. A nice destination for a midday respite. No complaints.

I’m not a big coffee person, but my cousin is and the coffee café she wanted to go to was packed due to lack of parking in this tourist town. Anyways I had a banana smoothie with caffeine added to it is how they put it. It was great! I wish there was one of these places in houston! The quality and care for their customers really shines through!

Easy parking. Convenient location. Quick service. Ordered a large iced coffee with lite ice. I got a weird look — oh well — still got wayyyyyy to much ice. I assumed there was milk, etc available. Not so much. Had to ask. Got another weird look. Coffee had a great taste. Great to get away from Starbucks, however, not so great getting all the looks for reasonable requests(lite ice, milk). The skinny? Good coffee just don’t expect top notch customer service.

Frozen espresso is to die for. Just enough strength, and the bare minimum of sweetness! I love it. Inside has a groovy tiki hut theme with local business flyers out and about.

The atmosphere is great, it’s not as garish inside as the name implies, its actually quite relaxing. The regular coffee is OK, not great but not bad either. Big selection of flavored drinks, I imagine that their speciality. I think they could do with a bigger selection of snacks and cakes, pickings were slim and not as good as they could be(think Starbucks — heavy and not very flavorful). That said, I would definitely go back since it’s a nice peaceful spot with EASY parking, unlike other Wimberley coffee shops. Staff were very friendly!

After some convincing by the owner and explanation of how their ingredients are made, I threw my dietary restrictions to the wind and took a chance. To my joy, you can enjoy their smoothies even with a dairy intolerance… and they are delicious! If only I lived closer to Wimberely.

Meh. We have amazing coffee shops in Austin and not many choices out around the dripping and Wimberley area. Not great, complicated menus and only one person taking orders and making drinks. Not impressed, mediocre coffee for the price.

Enjoy an occasional chocolate indulgence with no regrets! I think the Hawaian/Tiki décor is cute. Major improvement in staffing. My first couple of visits had grumpy barista.

Good coffee and friendly staff. The décor is a little over kill and there is more advertising than one person can read but it’s a pleasant place.

May not be a Texas thing but its a great thing! What a pleasant surprise when riding through Wimberly. A little bit of paradise in the TX heat. I stopped here during a motorcycle ride for a drink and ended up getting an iced coffee and a Hawaiian Breeze. Both hit the spot. On top of that, the service was great in spite of the 20+ boy scouts swarming the shop. Read a tip about signing up for the frequent buyer program. I hope to to make good use of it even with living in Austin. Recommend!

Molokai coffee. The best way to start any day! The ladies who work here are the best. Bring your own cup for a discounted coffee and, if you come often, add your your name to the rewards program stored on the cash register. This place should also be under«Coffee and Tea» to make it easier to find.
