We’ve used Bruce to service our oil burner for 12 years now. He has come out in the middle of the night during storms, last minute requests on a Monday morning, you name it. He has saved us countless dollars over the years, not «pitching products» but offering good suggestions on what was «right-​sized» for our needs at the time (put in a 40 gal hot water heater off of our burner, which saved a lot on energy costs). He is always punctual, professional and cleans the work area. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Winchendon area.

I called Bruce for a repair. He showed up on time and replaced a switch on my heating unit. He left the broken part and I googled the price. It averaged $ 59.00. Bruce charged me $ 139.00 for the part plus assorted charges for labor. When I called him to ask why so much for the part, he made no apologies. He said he does good work and must stock a lot of different parts. I’m now using a different company for this service and their markup is much less for parts. I will not send any more business Bruce’s way.
