The chowder in the sourdough bowl was THEBOMB! The top of the bowl was toasted with garlic butter. The clam strips where breaded with a great breading /flavor. The staff was nice, place was clean and had adequate seating & parking.

Great chicken strips and pizza! We always go to Bedrock’s when traveling in Oregon because they never fail to disappoint! I suggest not going on a weekend because they’re super busy!

Friendly staff and great service. The only issue I have is the pizza itself. We stopped here after riding quads on the dunes. I noticed the pizza was missing something. The pizza sauce! I brought it to an employees attention but she told us it had sauce. Hmmm it must have evaporated while cooking. Hope they put pizza sauce on your pizza.

I came here with my family on a visit to Reedsport. We started with the clam chowder which was absolutely perfect. I usually like to add some type of seasoning or hot sauce to my soup, but I didn’t even think about doing that because the seasoning was right on. I got a mini Greek pizza based on a recommendation from the girl working at the counter and was very pleased with my choice. I’ve never had a Greek pizza with salami before, but it really added something to it and there was a garlicky cream sauce on it as well which was delicious. I love how they serve ranch dressing with their pizza, too! My parents got a half taco half hawaiian pizza. Nick makes the best pizza ever! :)

What a great place to enjoy pizza and beer right on the bay. The quality of the pizza was outstanding, we ordered a vegetarian style and chesse pizza. We also order eight pieces of their fried chicken, this was also great. I really enjoyed the local beers the had on draft offering half pitchers for those who like to enjoy a few beer in one sitting. Yay I am a fan !

Really disappointed. Ordered a GIANT pizza w 1 item — ½ salami ½ sausage. While the crust, sauce & cheese were very good, there was only 1 – 2 pieces of sausage on ea slice. It’s the largest size & I get 1 piece of meat! The half w salami had more meat but salami was just OK. Did I mention it cost almost $ 24! I would order again but would order a combo to insure more than a cheese pizza.

Beer was good albeit, a bit warm. Fish and chips over priced and clam strips were crunchy but no clams were present. $ 35.00 for lunch? Not worth it.

We were on the road and hungry and stopped at Bedrock’s for some pizza and«salad.» The pizza was pretty much the same pizza you’d get at a thousand other roadside places throughout the land. It was totally okay. I’d eat it again, even if it was a few bucks overpriced.(3 stars) Star deduction for the disgraceful state of the salad bar, which my partner was sucked into. For $ 4.50, she got the ‘one visit’ and was presented with a very small bowl. The salad bar itself had little that would generally be called salad and was full of things like canned peaches and cottage cheese. Definitely a major turn-off. We’ll skip this place next time we’re driving through town.

This is an ok pizza/fish house by the docks in Winchester Bay. Went there for a family lunch while in town. I had the chowder in the bread bowl.(love those) This one they take the bread out and put garlic butter on that and the top of the loaf. Most places don’t do this, it was ok. Now I wish they had taken a bit more bread out and put a bit more chowder in. That would have been awesome. The chowder was pretty good, a bit more bacon than clams, it seemed to me, but could have been the batch I had, or just that particular scoop. The Halibut and chips were pretty good, maybe a bit small on the serving size, but I thought it was good. The pizza had what seemed to me a bit of a sourdough tasting crust. I kind of like, but my son who had the pizza didn’t care for it. All in all, an OK place, but we didn’t get excited over it.

Good pizza and great beer on tap. They bring you some good ranch to go with the pizza – yeah, it’s that kind of place, and it’s done well. Friendly staff. Cute little setting in the bay.

I have been here for both breakfast and pizza. Great view and even better food. Last time we sat next to a whole table of coastguards.

Headed here with the family for an early dinner, after a fun afternoon at the Umpqua Discovery Center. Between the four of us we had a basket of clam strips w/fries and coleslaw, bowl of clam chowder, an order of fried chicken and the youngest special ordered a grilled cheese(as it is not on the menu) which she gave an astounding two thumbs up. The clam chowder was really tasty. Nice plump clams in a creamy but not too heavy base with large chunks of potato and a nice smokey, bacon flavor. The fried chicken was hands-down some of the best homestyle fried chicken I have had in a long, long, long time. The spuds that came along with it were crisp outside, fluffy inside, but a tad too salty for me. Now, on to my personal favs… the clam strips. Little straws of crunchy, tender, tasty, clam goodness! Perfectly cooked… not chewy at all. Add a small pitcher of beer & two sodas and the total was just over $ 40. All in all it was a swell meal. The décor is definitely dated, but the service is friendly & efficient and the price is right! We will definitely be back.

Just spent the week at Umqua Lighthouse State Park and decided to try the pizza at Bedrock’s. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and have to say that it was quite good. I’m a bit of a pizza snob, so I was very surprised how much I liked it. I also ordered Rogue on tap and it was fab. I’ll definitely be stopping back in here next time I’m visiting this area…

Owned by the same Man of the other Bedrock’s, Had some good ol American Breakfast if you will. their menu is simple but not small. again I recommend the clam Chowder. It’s located right by the Bay and a few steps away from the Sportsman’s Cannery and gift shop areas. this is a very well kept hidden treasure. Definitely worth the trip.
