Beware: Incompetent people work here. They can’t get an order right if their life depended on it! I even confirmed my order twice and upon checking my order when leaving, it was wrong! Unbelievable! I will never go back to this«restaurant» again. It’s just a hamburger, nothing complicated.

My family and I have been coming here since it was built. We love it love the employees and the food is always wonderful. I’m not sure if they have a new owner or what but the last few times I’ve been there my order is wrong. I never get what I order. Tonight I just order a number 7(teriyaki burger) with crisscut Fries and got a charbroiled 1⁄3 pound burger instead. Come on already. Get it together

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The guy working the drive through was very incompetent. Seemed like it his was first time ever working. Wouldn’t recommend if your in a hurry drive through took 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Terrible!

The fries were hot and good but the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. And even though the customer service was great, the restaurant itself was not clean, almost every empty table and booths were dirty.

They ran out of union rings, how does that happen? The service at the drive thru was super slow. Might be because I complained about the union rings. Half of their menu has union rings. They guy at the drive thru said they missed a shipment of union rings. About 6 – 8 minutes thru the drive thru is ridiculous.

This Carl’s Jr. is down the street from my house. I’ve been here a dozen or so times over the years and I’ve never once had a problem with the food or customer service, as some of the other reviewers have. I just finished my meal I picked up in the drive thru and it was perfect. The only reason I’m even writing this review is because when I used my phone to look up their number so I could call and see what time they stop serving breakfast, I was surprised to see the low ratings of this restaurant.

Update, 1÷6÷16: this place really doesn’t show any professionalism at all. I ordered a number 9, to which the cashier replied, «is that the western bacon?» I told her no, I want the number 9. She replied«which one is that?». Really? They don’t even know their own menu here. — — — — — — — — — — – Customer service here is usually ok. Today, it was not. I asked for a cup of ice water, and asked if I could pay a little more for a larger cup. Most places have an «upcharge» button that they will use for this purpose. Usually around 50 cents. Not here. They tried to charge me nearly $ 2. For a cup of tap water. TAPWATER. The cup costs the business around 10 cents. That’s close to 2000% markup. For TAPWATER. When I told the cashier never mind, just give me the free tiny shot glass of water they offer, and she still tried to charge me a dollar for it. This is a very greedy and disrespectful business practice. A little compassion for someone who only had coins to pay with would have gone a long way for good customer service, but this place is apparently incapable of compassion. Update: I decided to lower my review to one star, because of the attitude I got from the cashier. She stood next to the closed window for 2 minutes before opening it. She did not smile or greet me, and when I asked why she was trying to charge me $ 2 for a 10cent cup, she responded like I was a moron for asking such a question

The worst fish sandwich ever. I wished I could put a picture up of it. It looked nothing like the ad, tasted like a vinegar soaked piece of fish with soggy lettuce and a green tomatoe!!! I couldn’t even eat a ¼ of it!

Very well managed location. Bathrooms and dining area are very well maintained. At least on the day I stopped by. Isn’t that the main purpose for these places, bathroom stop right? LOL Anyway, dining area is well lit and pleasant they also have some televisions. Of course there is a streaming version of a MTV type program, along with Carl’s Jr highlights on them. There is also a playground for the kids out front. Overall this Carl’s Jr is a quality one.

I was in drive thru and it literally took me over 15 minutes… Once I got to the window, the lady didn’t even greet me or apologize for the wait time. I didn’t get ONE word out of her. Did not feel welcomed at all. Definitely had a bad experience and I haven’t been back since.

OMG… Two months later decide to give them another chance… ordered a Single Jim Beam Bourbon Burger… which is supposed to come with fried onions and pepper jack cheese on it. Got raw white onion and some kind of yellow cheese. AND i got like 8 pieces of bacon on the burger Instead.(not that I don’t love bacon… but COMEON) Why can’t this place get anything RIGHT? :)

Great food, I eat here a lot. It’s clean. Customer service is why I took off a star, theyre sometimes really slow and have a little attitude, but they have never messed up my order. Which is very good considering how much I come here.
