Just ordered Kung Pao chicken all celery & green peppers! Not good at all !!! Where are the peanuts!!!

I wanted to leave a review because since October of 2015, there has been a definite downslide in quality /​experience here. Something has occured internal that is affecting the restaurant.
#1 — There is now no-​one that speaks English that works at the restaurant, aside from the delivery driver. There used to be a Chinese-​american man that could speak fluent English and Chinese, but he is gone. Everything goes fine as long as you order directly from the menu (ie, #1, #7, etc…), but if you have to make a special request, or change the type of rice, for example, the staff does not understand because they can’t speak english. I don’t blame them, i blame the ownership for not having someone that can speak english and translate to Chinese.
#2 — Something was going on where a worker was arguing with another worker about sexual harassment /​some type of investigation that was going on. This was all going on in front of customers eating in the store. It made for an uncomfortable experience.
#3 — ordering at lunch time is rough. The kitchen is going fast to get everything out, but because no one speaks english, when orders come out sometimes no one knows who they belong to. Customers can’t understand the workers and vice versa. It is chaotic.
Bottom line — the food is still good, but until they fix the communication problem, more orders are going to come out wrong than right. My only choice left is to take a chinese speaking co-​worker when i go to order lunch.

After reading the reviews we were a bit concerned about eating here, but we were craving Chinese! The staff were friendly, our order was correct, the prices were very reasonable & the food was delicious! Thanks for feeding 2 hungry travelers!

Terrible !!! thought I would give it a try had their flier, so I ordered got half of what I ordered, although I will say the donuts I got instead of the fried dumplings were the best thing I got, the lo mien dry and flavorless rice terrible and dry over all felt like I got food made 3 days ago and heated up in a micro wave, very disappointing

Best Chinese delivery I’ve found in Winchester. The hot and sour soup, eggrolls, and General Tso’s chicken is on point and the prices are pretty good. Everywhere else we’ve tried has had food that was either too salty or tasted like the veggies came right out of a can. This place is definitely a hidden gem and you should try them out.

I order from this place at least once a month and for the most part my meals have always been tasty, on time and fresh. The large portions are great. So far the best Chinease delivery restaraunt in Winchester I’ve tried. I will continue to order from here!

Terrible fried rice, if a Chinese restaurant can’t get a combination fried rice right! I am lost for words…

My workplace orders Chinese from here on pretty much a weekly basis. Its consistently delicious. Also, the delivery is always faster then they anticipated.

Without getting gourmet, this is the best Chinese in Winchester. These folks know how to cook. One night we ordered take out and there were 7 people cranking food out. Bags of food were being filled and carried away. Our meal, for 2, took less than 15 minutes from call in to exit. Then when I got home it was so hot I had to dump it out and cool for a few minutes. Fresh out the wok!

Why I’m never going back after my first time there last night:
1) I ordered three entrees and four appetizers at the counter to take away. One of the entrees didn’t even make it into the bag, and I not only had paid for it, I gave them 15% tip on the bill for a pickup order. I sure felt dumb when I got home.
2) BOTH of the other entrees had hair in them when I opened the trays. I did note while I was waiting there that none of the many kitchen staffers were wearing a hair net or hat.
3) While I was sitting and waiting, a delivery driver returned with a delivery order that was canceled, threw it on a table, and argued loudly with the counter clerk about not calling him if an order was canceled. Unprofessional.
4) Of what we did eat, the sauces were gloppy, everything was overcooked, and it had the taste of «I don’t care about my job or restaurant.»
Really, this was just a miserable experience overall. Yuk. If you want Chinese in this area, China Gourmet up the street off Millwood is a lot better (and cleaner).

Great quality Chinese food, super fast delivery. Keeping a copy of their menu on our fridge for sure! My only complaint is that they didn’t have sushi, but they are Chinese, not Japanese, so I guess I can’t be too picky.

They are primarily take out but you can also sit in and eat at one of a few tables.
I have had much of their soups, and all of them are good.
Best thing I’ve had on the menu is the general tso. I would recommend going with the all-​white meat chicken, tofu or shrimp options, all are very delicious. Eggrolls are good but not exceptional, overall the food is worth coming back to, and a great price.

We order a lot of delivery from another town, but this is the first time from Winchester late at night. We received fantastic customer service 10 minutes until closing and they would deliver! I ordered the steamed dumplings, pork fried rice, and chicken with broccoli. The delivery guy was extremely nice, quick to arrive. Good tip for that and being the last trip out. Time to dig in. My bf loved the pork fried rice and he isn’t a fan of asian foods, the chicken and broccoli was delicious and comparable to other places, the dumplings were the homemade-​like (thin, not doughy like many other places) and full of MEAT. So dang delicious with the dipping sauce, going to get more tonight.

I came here about a week ago during there dinner hours, they seemed to be more staffed now and have some Americans working which can make ordering easier, smart move on there part in my opinion. I ordered the sesame shrimp, my mom really enjoyed it and wondered why I hadn’t brought her food from there before :) Also saw that local Asians also come here ordering the shrimp fried rice. I didn’t find my experience as enjoyable as the first time I came here as they seem to be more of a lack-​luster general takeout spot now and the ingredients didn’t seem quite as fresh although I’d still recommend trying it and would still come here again although I feel lunch time hours are best.

Awesome food. Their fried dumplings are my favorite. Since I ate here the last time I visited Winchester, I will make it a point to eat here when I am in Winchester. I loved their dumplings that much. They make their dumplings in house.
Minor language barrier, but I am there for the food not to talk.
I highly recommend the place. They are fast and friendly. The restaurant is very small.
