Foreman Builders

We moved into our custom designed and constructed Foreman Builders home a week ago. After a dozen corporate moves, we decided to retire in Winchester, VA. At the onset of the process, we interviewed several builders and selected Foreman Builders because they seemed to «Walk the Talk» in terms of integrity, quality, trustworthiness, and in general operated and conducted their business with the values we were looking for. Thankfully, our intuition turned out to be spot on!
We brought in rough blue prints and got needed input and suggestions from Foreman resources and team members that were necessary at the onset of the project. We also had the participation of Foreman resources to visit the various suppliers with us to make the selections of the various choices ranging from exterior materials, to electrical and plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, etc. The actual construction itself was executed by courteous and quality driven employees and subcontractors who were always polite, respectful, and professional, and who would take the time to answer the many questions we had along the way. The Foreman process of having a full time site manager ensures the type of continuity and communications that are crucial to manage the details and work flow of building a custom home. After being in the home for only a week, amazingly, we literally had no open punch list items!
To summarize, we couldn’t be more thrilled with how our home turned out. The Foreman Builders process coupled with the manner in which each employee contributed certainly yielded first rate results. We absolutely made the right builder selection to build our home — if we had to do it all over again, there’s no doubt but that we’d again choose Foreman Builders.
