Dr. Kincaid is a fantastic Doctor and both my daughter and I have visited with her. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. She made me feel that she really cared about trying to help me with my injury.
The bad part of my review is the wait time. I have always had to wait at least 30 minutes and many times even longer. Plus an additional length of time in the exam room. My most recent visit with my daughter her appointment was at 8:30, as usual, we arrived about 10 min early. An hour and a half later we still had not been called back. The receptionist said that she was in a meeting and was not sure how long it would be. I think it is wrong to do that to your patients. She apologized once she met with us and the rest of the appointment went well. I have just come to expect a long wait time when coming to her office.
