The owner was extremely helpful, and answered all my questions. They didn’t have what we came in for, but I highly recommend for service and selection. Repeat customers came in while I was browsing. That’s always a good sign. Street parking was easy. I drove from Cambridge, and I’ll go back again. It’s much nicer to try things on than to order online.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a retail establishment in such a long time. We showed up after closing hours, they allowed us to come in and get our soccer equipment without which we would have been completely unprepared for soccer the next day! Such a lovely store, owner and employees!

This is a great store with fabulous customer service. Recently KFS had a 25% off special for their Facebook friends — no restrictions! All to say thank you to the people who friended a new business on FB — who does that?!? I bought three pairs of UGGs!!! This is a store that pays attention to detail, values their customers and works hard to build lasting customer relationships.
