McDonald’s

First off I’ll admit I don’t eat McDonald’s food… ever. That being said I have always been a huge fan of their hot coffee (who isn’t? It’s great). So almost wherever I go, when I need a cup, McDonald’s is my go to spot for brewed fresh and too order coffee served through my car window. Recently started working in Winchester and this is the most convenient location to get coffee from on my way to work. Literally everyday this week on my way to work, I stopped here (I know I kept returning assuming it was an isolated incident) and every single time, I ordered a large coffee. And eI was asked to pull up and wait while they would serve at least 2 or 3 more customers behind me. i don’t really think after waiting in line for 5mins plus I should pull up the window, pay and then watch them start making a pot (after pouring the last of the old pot into my cup and then asking me to pull up. So I have to wait to get half fresh, half stale coffee. Like I said I gave them the benefit of the doubt each time only for the same results. All the other McDonald’s I go to, there is no problem paid and served in under 4 mins. Wish they could fix this, I’m assuming it’s not ran by cooperate but it’s a franchise who doesn’t care. If they do, I’d really like it for someone to address this.

Was hungry for a quick bite. Its the only fast food in the area. Went through the drive through. It did not move for more than 8 minutes. At least 7 cars backed up not moving. I got out of line. Not giving these slow workers my money. It’s a joke. DO NOT go here. How hard is it to make fast food people? Get your acts together.

When is your food ever hot, or service friendly at McDonald’s? At kernstown McDonald’s it is! I know… McDonald’s is just McDonald’s, but they put forth every effort to say thank you and make you feel welcome. The management here must be doing something right, and every other McDonald’s in the area can learn a thing or two. I’m glad to know, that even in a fast food burger joint in today’s day and age, that customer service and a hot meal aren’t lost! Thank you and please keep up the good work to who ever owns and operates this McDonald’s!
