Online ordered before open, to pick up at the soonest time possible, was told 4:40pm. Was there at 4:50 and the pleasant server was alarmed that kitchen had not started my order and it would ready asap. Came back 10 mins later, food was great, service was great(minus order not being ready which adds to my skepticism of online ordering). I only ordered online because I felt like it can make their jobs easier not having to physically take my order on the phone. Just would like to see the online system improved, like I said the food and server were great.

We have a great experience every time we go to this restaurant at this location. Most recently the food was delicious & service was spectacular. If you are really lucky you will have Ozzie as your server, if you’re smart enough you will ask for Ozzie as your server, you can not find a better more thoughtful attentive server. Not big on the menu to be honest with you but Ozzie’s top notch service will definitely have us going again soon.

Eh, just another Iiitalyun restaurant. Reasonable prices, same dishes as every other italian joint. I asked if they give a military discount and the server said«No, sorry. We currently have just one promotion running.» Promotion!!! Military discount is no «promotion». Its called honoring those men and women who keep this land free so you can continue to run a restaurant without fear of being invaded and run out of town or killed by enemies both foreign and domestic. Just another list of places I don’t go.

Ate here a few times. The last meal I had was a sirloin steak that was pretty tough and disappointing. The mash potatoes were good. Sausage soup was good. The service was friendly. Even the manager came out and came us a complimentary dessert.

Yeah, a chain. Still, I have no idea how they make chicken(a la Marsala) taste so amazing. After years of menu waffling, I’ve now settled on this bold flavor dish. Consistently good service, with happy hour FOOD deals.

I was recently here for the second time. I was very impressed by the service. Our waitress happily fulfilled by half-sweet, half-unsweet iced tea request and remembered it with each refill. My salmon, sadly, was undercooked but the waitress took it back with many apologies. The owner came by to apologize, didn’t charge me for my dinner, and offered my husband and me free desserts.. .. I didn’t want to make such a big deal out of it, but they certainly made a good impression. And the salmon was excellent the second time around! My husband enjoyed his scallops and shrimp, also.

I really enjoyed this restaurant with my family. We arrived on a busy Thursday night, around late evening and we had a small wait but nothing dissatisfying. When we got seated, our server promptly took our drink orders and brought bread with our drinks. The bread isn’t with butter, it’s an olive oil dip that is divine. The first two batches of bread we received for our table were on the cold side but when our soups and salads were brought out, we got hot and fresh bread which was great to dip the chicken soup in! The chicken soup is a little on the hot and spicy side and, it’s by no means Olive Garden or Campbell’s, but it’s delicious! My picky husband even enjoyed a sip of it! My husband and his mom ordered steaks and enjoyed them greatly, they were cooked to order perfectly, No complaints. My chicken Parmesan was so fresh, and well cooked I was impressed because there were 3 cooks I could see and the place was full and I expected a long wait time but we had our food in probably 20 minutes with no complaints! This place is no Olive Garden, Olive Garden has a wider dinner menu but I think Carraba beats them out of their microwave cooked noodles, and frozen dinner entrees. You see the cooks because it is open and everything is prepared in open sight, nice touch to the dining area. The service by all staff members: phenomenal. The staff worked as a great team and probably some of the best customer service I have seen in the area in busy restaurant environment.

We were seated almost immediately after we walked in and it showed that the hosts all worked together to make sure they could seat guests quickly The table we were sat at was perfect for myself and 4 persons under the age of 18(17, 15, 12 and 6) Parker was our waiter and he is what an ideal waiter should be. He guided us through the menu, made suggestions, and never rushed is through any part of our meal. My trip to the restroom(opposite side of restaurant) was even filled with smiling kind faces from all of the staff and thee restroom was well kept/clean. It would have been nice to see a manager just to compliment him/her on what a great job they have done. Overall. Long, tiring, hot day and this was the prefect end to our night. Friendly staff, amazing food, calm relaxing environment, and clean restrooms Oh and Parker even took a“selfie” with my children(I made a «best selfie“contest between them to keep our vacation exciting) thank you once again Parker

Well I hadn’t been to a Carrabba’s in many years so we decided last night was a perfect night to revisit them for some good Italian food. My family and I were seated right away & began sorting through the menu options. Our waitress came over after several minutes & that’s when warning bells rang in my head. The teenster Niki Minaj wannabe seemed annoyed to even be in our presence, she never bothered to tell us her name. Five + minutes passed before our drinks arrived. Niki continued her unfriendly phony personality as we decided on what to order. Tick tock… tick tock… hello…Niki…when we finally placed our order, she brought over some hot bread & over salted olive compote with oil. This was nice but why not bring that out immediately when a table is seated? Do they need to wait & see if the customer is actually going to buy something? The good news is that the food all tasted very good overall. The bad news is that they need to hide the salt from the cooks and consider providing portions which would enable the customers to leave the restaurant FULL. Niki brought us our soups and salads which came with our meals. She had to return to the kitchen to fix up the problem of who ordered what. That mix up had the alarms ringing even louder. I had the veal marsala with a side of spaghetti… let’s just say I could count the individual noodles on the plate. Come on… how expensive is pasta? The rest of the meals we ordered were also small in size and were over seasoned, particularly in the salt department. The food wasn’t bad, just overpriced for the portions. We will NOT be staying for desert, Niki. Finally, it must be said that time stood still as we waited for our check. Niki was within eyesight 15 feet away as we sat there twiddling our thumbs in desperation to leave. Niki? Anyone? Finally she brought our check and released us from Carrabba’s salt shack. Driving home, it was hard to ignore the faint rumblings in our stomachs as if they were saying to us ‘that’s it?’…

Kind of like olive garden, but more sea food. Presentation of food needs work, but the taste was great. Our server Kevin was very attentive! Pricing is high, so this is for special occasions in my book.

Carrabba’s used to be my favorite restaurant. Their dishes were more of the northern Itailian style that I cook at home. But with in the last few years they have been cutting corners in all their dishes. They short cut all the good ingredients and add salt. This makes for over salted dishes with no flavor. Their croutons used to be large and flavorful, now they are stale, boxed, nasty ones. The mussels used to come swimming in the best sauce you have ever tasted. Now the sauce is tasteless as they skimp on all the ingredients they used to use. I have even recently had a Tiramisu that they failed to put any alcohol in. And recently they have cut down on the portions as well. I am Italian and used to love this place. Now the food hardly resembles what it used to be. The problem is not the wait staff but the food. Wake up carrabbas before you loose all your customers.

Very pleasantly surprised with both food and atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome and made wonderful suggestions as to pairings. Food was very light which was wonderful. Olive Garden and similar restaurants seem to have much heavier food for the same price. Portion size was perfect. When we left, I wasn’t still hungry but didn’t feel like I needed to be rolled out of the door. It was an extremely wonderful night out with my wife and we will be happy to go again soon.

Have come here several times with my family. The wait staff does a great job. I am always impressed with Denise, very sharp and on her game. Just came here with three large families and they handled us as if we were a small family. Keep it up, the best one I’ve been to.

If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful, and good portions for your buck — this is NOT the Italian place for you. Took my babies here for a date night. Let me start off by saying that the children’s menu should be for children up to maybe 6, otherwise the portion size is way too small. I don’t know of any 12 year old that would get full off of what they served my 4 and 8 year olds. That was a big disappointment. The dish I ordered wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t flavorful. I added salt, pepper, and parmesan to try and liven it up but I ended up returning it and opting out of a replacement. It wasn’t worth the time considering that by now my oldest was finished and my little one was near his end; this service is NOT quick by any means. I ordered a cesar salad w/my meal which I also sent back. I’ve never had a vinegar cesar dressing before and that, coupled with the stale croutons made it a total no-go for me. So — trying to make the best of it for all of us I order dessert to share; the signature dessert trio. I have to say, this was probably the high light of everyone’s meals. The kids weren’t too thrilled with their dishes, but — I’m Italian and cook at home, and this is no where near authentic. Dessert was plenty for the 3 of us, and the chocolate went well with my cup of coffee. The«Dessert Rosa» was a little overkill — way too many variances in one dish, but the rum cake portion was yummy and the kids and I all enjoyed that part. The biggest disappointment? The cannolis. These are the WORST cannolis I’ve ever had in my life. And the price…$ 5 for two tiny, half filled, pistachio covered concoctions? NOWAY. Go to NIK’s instead! For $ 3.95 you get two full sized, Italian made, SCRUMPTIOUS cannolis; believe me, it’s worth it! Bottom line… I will NOT return on my own accord. Ha. :/

Where to start here… sigh… pros: waitress was very nice… yup that’s it cons: The pizza was depressing. It was if someone held it up on one side by the crust, letting all the cheese, etc slide to the other side. It’s a personal-sized pizza — how hard is it to distribute evenly on this surface area? It was room-temp, too, and utterly bland. Also got a side salad that was pretty much lettuce with an olive. Cheapo… Husband got a combo meal of chicken and steak. Portions were incredibly tiny for the price. He was ambivalent about the taste. I was mad that the darn thing cost almost $ 20. In sum, I will never go here again. Carrabas tries to be an upscale Olive Garden but my impression is that corners are cut with the food portions and quality to put the money into the image or somewhere else… not sure where though. I would 100% prefer to go to Olive Garden instead. At least I would feel that I got my money’s worth and would have a way more satisfying meal. Really surprised to see the positive reviews on here…

The summary… Hostess: A+++, Food: mediocre, Waiter: friendly, but had priorities that weren’t us. The very young(16 year old) hostess on duty that night does them proud. She was warm and engaging. Delightful! A plus for us, they allowed us to eat outside in their patio area with our small dog. We had traveled a long 10 hour day and it was nice to be able to sit down and have a real meal. We have been to other Carrabba’s and experiences differ. Great one in the Winter Haven, Florida area. An okay one in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This one … not as good. Salads were limp and ho-hum. And plunked down in front of us before we even got our cocktails. The bread was warm, good texture. But the olive oil they served with it tasted stale. The new«combo» meals were okay, but over-salted. We had taken two bites of our meals when the waiter asked us if we wanted dessert! Never asked us if we wanted a second drink. Came back a little later and and with a wince, asked again if we wanted dessert. We declined. His mood improved because he wanted to get home to «watch the game». Our usual 20% tip went to 15%. I doubt he cared.

3−½ stars. 2 for the food and 5 for the service. I had a seafood canneloni and my wife had a shrimp scampi. Both came to us from a microwave and tasted like they had been made from frozen seafood. We were on the road, and it was better than fast food, but nothing to change my view of chain restaurants. But, the waitress was friendly, even charming, and made us feel welcome. It was, all in all, therefore a positive experience. It is a convenient location for us traveling north/south to visit our daughters, so we will remember it and dine there again given the opportunity.

This new location must be Carraba’s 2.0. I’ve been to several Carrabba’s and this location’s décor is a breath of fresh air. Instead of the stereotypical faux outdoor Italian garden(dark lighting and fake trellises with Dean Martin or Sinatra playing), it’s swank with bright colors contrasted with dark wood and modern, sleek lines. It certainly has been well received by the locals as we arrived before 5PM on a Saturday and a wait was starting to develop. We could have been seated right away at a high top or by the kitchen bar, but we wanted a booth. They said it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait, but I doubt it was more than 5. The menu is the same as all other Carrabba’s, though they’ve added some low cost options consisting of sandwiches and entrée salads for those on a budget. The rest is a mix of grilled beef and chicken, seafood, and traditional pastas. There was an espresso crusted 13 oz. ribeye I would have liked to try, but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. If I had some more money to blow, I would have totally gone for it. We opted for the Seafood Cannelloni and Spaghetti with Meatballs, which were both solid as always. Both come with choice of House, Italian or Caesar side salad(with choice of creamy Parmesan, vinaigrette, Caesar or a reduced fat sun dried tomato vinaigrette) and complimentary fresh bread with an awesome olive oil and garlic/herb mix for dipping. The service was really good for such a new location. The hostess and host got us seated quicker than initially told, our waitresses were attentive(one was training) and on top of refills, and support staff quickly cleared empty plates and glasses. The only hiccup was I got the wrong dressing with my salad brought out by a food runner, but the waitress got me a fresh salad as soon as she could. Carrabba’s continues to be a cut above their competitors and this location is has a more hip vibe and attentive staff than I’ve seen at other locations.
